Mary served as: Coordinator of Placement, Regional Monitor, Consumer Rights Representative, Administrative Projects/Operations/Human Rights and Social Work Discipline Coordinator, all with the emphases on grant writing to support Quality Assurance Improvement System’s, and Person Centered Practices. She believes every social work position throughout her career prepared her to become the Person Centered Practices Team Lead and support the agency become more Person Centered. She partnered with those living in Intermediate Care Facilities in Michigan, Iowa, and Texas; directed a children’s shelter, supported those living in nursing communities, receiving hospice/home health and people needing behavioral/mental health supports.
