Since 1972, represented parties in a vast number of litigated matters and proceedings throughout New Jersey in the areas of: Personal Injury, including Medical Malpractice; Professional Liability; Consumer and Commercial Collections; State Court Receiverships and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors; Landlord-Tenant; Matrimonial/Family Law, including Private Placement Adoptions; Arbitration and Mediation, including PIP Arbitration Proceedings; Municipal Court matters; and a variety of other proceedings in the Chancery Division and Surrogate’s Court, as well as in the Federal District Court.
