Outside of crafting exceptional AI-powered solutions and engaging in speaking and workshops, Brett enjoys coaching his son and daughter. As such, he can often be found on the side of a rugby or hockey field, together with his cheerleader wife, Martha. Besides cheering their children on, Brett will be live streaming the games to YouTube. (Of course!)
Wandile’s expertise lies in Corporate and Commercial Law, Technology law, AI law, and Data protection law. He’s a forward-thinking professional passionate about leveraging law and technology for public and private benefit. Wandile loves conducting research on the impact of cybercrimes and AI on organisations, thrives on finding innovative solutions and is always eager to explore new possibilities in the ever-evolving landscape of technology and law. He’s driven to understand how organisations can effectively implement Cyber Security measures and leverage AI technologies to enhance their commercial viability and promote public interest through legal compliance and policies.
When he’s not keeping himself occupied in the world of law and tech, you’ll find Wandile dancing, rowing or reading.
Graeme has spent 15 years in the world of performance marketing experience across various industries. He kicked off his career in the online gaming sector, where he mastered competitive search marketing. Graeme then transitioned to the digital agency space, where he served as the Group Head of Organic Search at Quirk (Mirum) before founding Algorithm Agency in early 2016.
At Algorithm, Graeme focuses on leveraging data to drive marketing and business decisions. He prioritises data-driven strategies supported by robust systems and automation, to ensure efficient and effective processes. By integrating AI and automation into the agency’s operations, Graeme continually enhances the methods and tools used to achieve superior results for clients. His approach is centred on adding value to clients through meticulous optimisation and strategic innovation.
Matthias has on-the-ground experience at almost every level of business. He understands the pressures facing leaders and provides the perspective needed to help them manage their people and business. After thoroughly assessing an organisation, Matthias works closely with business leaders to build capacity and improve productivity.
Before joining GROW, Matthias worked as Regional Director within the Imperial Motor Group – an intensive business environment characterised by high levels of stress and pressure. Matthias’s journey in the motor industry began as a sales manager, then dealer principal, then regional branch manager and finally regional director, giving him a deep understanding of the workings of a successful business – from sales to cash-flow, logistics to people management.
At the age of 45, Matthias went back to university to complete a Master’s degree in management coaching. His thesis was business coaching and its impact on employee engagement.
Besides his coaching over the past six years, Matthias has developed the Scaling Management Teams programme, which promotes a manager’s or a management team’s ability to contribute more effectively to executing a business’ strategy.

Every year when I attend the Nolands Conference, I always wonder how the next one could possibly be any better – but somehow it always is, and I’m sure this year will be no exception. The theme – ‘The Power of Connection’ – will certainly provide us with food for thought.

Clive Noland is the Chairman of Nolands International and founder and CEO of Nolands South Africa, an auditing, advisory & law firm with licensed offices both Nationally & Internationally. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the University of Cape Town where he later lectured in the Commerce Faculty at the University of Cape Town while completing an Honours Degree in Information Technology. He has gained extensive experience through his involvement as an executive and non-executive director in local and international companies. Clive was a founder member of the successful SA Prime Property Fund in South Africa and in Europe he was involved in several closed end Hotel Property funds. He was instrumental in obtaining the Master franchise for Radisson Hotels in the SADEC region and served as CEO of the group until sold to a listed company.
Clive is extremely passionate about the future of South Africa and making a difference in the lives of all South Africans. Through the Nolands Foundation, he is confident that, with the generous support of our staff & clients, the Foundation can and will make a positive change.
Martin is a Chartered Accountant, who has been in private practice since 2000. He holds qualifications including a BCom Hons (Accounting Sciences), an Advanced Certificate in Trust Law, and a B-BBEE Management Development Program certification. In 2010, he founded B Square Seminars and the Company Secretarial Teaching Institute, where he presents on topics such as accounting, taxation, and governance. Martin has held key leadership positions within SAICA and represents its members at quarterly SARS stakeholder meetings. In 2020 he co-founded Salt 40 Foundation with his wife Suzette, a charity focused on rural youth leadership development, and joined the Nolands family in 2018, where he currently heads up Nolands North Coast Inc in Ballito as CEO.
Megan completed her BSc Honours Degree in 2017 and joined the Nolands Marketing team in 2020. Megan is a dynamic marketing professional renowned for her brand development and strategic marketing expertise. With a passion for helping businesses thrive in the modern landscape, Megan simplifies the complexities of marketing to empower Nolands and its Relationship Companies. Drawing from her experience she crafts personalised strategies to boost brand awareness and foster community engagement.
