In 2022, Pamela fulfilled her dream of transforming her legal practice into a business that is healthy, profitable and self-managing. In her journey to live with freedom, Pamela realised that it wasn't what we knew that mattered, rather it was our mindset that guided and shaped our thoughts, behaviour and actions.
In 2023, Pamela established Hera Women, a game-changing community for women business owners to educate, empower and elevates women to become great leaders who build healthy and highly profitable businesses.
Pamela is the President of Toastmasters in Sydney Lunchtime Presenters and is passionate about communication, leadership, mentorship, women's empowerment, and freedom to live life on your terms.
Pamela has been involved in public speaking competitions since 2021.

With over two decades of experience in the retail industry, I have dedicated my career to training and developing over 3,000 sales representatives, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in a competitive market.
Five years ago, I channelled my expertise into founding my own food brand consulting firm, where I have successfully guided numerous brands from their initial startup phases to prominent positions on retail shelves.
My journey has now led me to an exciting new venture: launching my own brand in the pet space.
