Laure Beaufils took up her post as Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of Palau in August 2021. From August 2019, Laure was the FCDO Director (Development) for Jordan, Iraq and Palestine. Before that, she was Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria and Head of Mission to Lagos from February 2017. She was responsible for leading the British government’s engagement with Nigeria
on trade, climate, Serious Organised Crime and cultural issues in particular.

Previously she was the head of the UK Department of International Development in Rwanda and in Burundi from August 2014 to February 2017. In this capacity, she managed a $100 million portfolio of programmes focusing on economic development, governance and social sectors. Prior to holding this position, she worked in various positions in the UK government. She was the lead strategic adviser working for the British Prime Minister in his role as co-chair of the UN Secretary
General’s High Level Panel on the post-2015 development agenda. She ran the Department for International Development’s Department for Overseas Territories. She led teams working on climate change strategy, adaptation and forestry. She worked for the UK mission to the UN as first secretary responsible for development.

Prior to joining the UK Civil Service, she worked with the UN and civil society organisations. She also worked with the private sector as a financial auditor. She has lived and worked in Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, India, Cambodia, Jordan, France, the UK and
the USA.

Mr. Randolph T. Estrellado has been a Director of Maynilad since January 2007 and is concurrently the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.

He was appointed COO of the company in February 2016, after serving almost 10 years as its Chief Finance Officer since joining the company in January 2007.

He previously served as Director and Chief Finance Officer of Metro Pacific Investments Corp.

Prior to joining Metro Pacific, Mr. Estrellado was Vice President and Chief Finance Officer for ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation from 2000 to 2006. He had also served in various positions of senior responsibility with the Lopez Group and Phinma Group of Companies.

Mr. Estrellado obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1991 and his Bachelor in Science Degree in Business Management, Honors Program from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1986.

Aileen is the first homegrown Filipina CGM of IBM. She is currently responsible for overall
P&L and business growth of IBM in the Philippines.
Aileen started her career as a technical Systems Engineer and worked her way up across
various technical and senior leadership roles within the country and throughout the Asean
and broader Asia Pacific region, managing talent across various countries. Aileen has

pioneered initiatives that has helped deliver outstanding business outcomes, retain high-
value talent, and ensure skills are relevant now and in the future.

A digital transformation champion and an advocate of diversity and inclusion in various
fora by committing to move the Filipino talent especially women into key leadership
positions and get the underserved, under-motivated external young breed into the STEM
track.
In her current role, Aileen works with her executive and senior leadership peers across the
APAC region and interacts with >12 nationalities in the workforce of IBM in the
Philippines.
Aileen chairs the Board of the various IBM group of companies in the Philippines and is a
Trustee of external Boards related to Educational and talent programs among others. She
is also the Vice-President of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Makati

Paolo la'O is the Country Head of Dexcom Philippines. He is a senior global business services executive with substantial background in corporate communications, marketing, location management and strategy, primarily in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector. He is a well-connected and respected representative of the IT-BPM industry in the country, and a pioneer member and current Chairman of the Global In-house Center Council (GICC). Paolo also has a strong history of thought leadership as a speaker and panelist in multiple business forums. He has lead, built and developed cross functional, diverse teams across multiple geographies to achieve business goals with emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness without compromising on experience. Significant management competence in both Global In-house Center/Shared Services and Third party vendor space, along with years of U.S. based work experience specializing in communications, strategy and relationship management.

Coy is the Country Executive, Philippines for Northern Trust, primarily responsible for the overall management of the Manila Service Center, including local statutory compliance and resiliency in the site, and providing leadership for developing and implementing the overall strategy for the location, driving value to the stakeholders, supporting the development and promotion of local talent and enhancing the partner experience.

Coy joined Northern Trust Manila in April 2017. As the Country Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), she managed various infrastructure and supported and enabled operations functions in the site. In addition to Manila responsibilities, she became the Global Servicing Centers (GSC) CAO in 2018 supporting the GSC Head and site leads in India and Tempe until 2020.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Coy was the Country Operations Head of Deutsche Bank AG Manila within the Global Technology and Operations (GTO) group. Coy also worked as an Executive Director of the Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation of the Philippine Dealing System Group.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, she was the head of the Treasury Domestic and International Operations, Treasury Accounting and Control at China Banking Corporation, and in between, worked as an accountant of Eurotel Corporation in California, USA. She also had a short stint with the regulator PDIC (Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation) under the Department of Finance. She was the controller of The Zaitech Treasury Group, a fund management company established by the ex-Citibank Treasury Group.

Coy was elected as a Board of Trustee of the Global In-house Center Council (GICC) of the Philippines in 2019, and again, in 2023. Garnering the highest number of votes, Coy assured a seat as a GICC BOT for the next three (3) years.

Oscar has been with the Coca-Cola System for 22 years. He joined Coca-Cola FEMSA, Mexico in 1999 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and for 10 years he held different leadership roles in most HR disciplines. He was and HRBP both for Commercial and Supply Chain, relocating to four different cities in Mexico. In 2009, he
became the HR Administration Manager for Mexico and Central America.

In 2012, he joined the Due Diligence team that travelled to the Philippines as FEMSA started considering to enter the market here. Eventually, he relocated to the Philippines in 2013 and took the HR Administration responsibility for CCBPI. He then moved to support Supply Chain as a Business Partner and then became the Labor & Employee Relations Head in 2019. In 2020, he expanded his role also to cover this responsibility for BIG and became the Chief People Officer for CCBPI in 2021.

John Nicholls joined PayPal in 2018 as the Country Site Lead and the Senior Director for Global Customer Services. Prior to this, he had more than 22 years of international banking experience in 14 leadership roles across 8 countries globally.
Philippines is his 11th international home – having started as an 18-year old math teacher in Pakistan to travelling as a language student in China, and from being a university lecturer in post-Soviet Ukraine to becoming a Brazil-based strategist covering South America.
John is often invited to speak on the value of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. He is the Chair Emeritus of the Philippine Financial and Inter-industry Pride (PFIP) which he established in October 2013, now believed to be the largest diversity organization in SE Asia.
He was actively involved in coordinating disaster relief efforts after the Philippines’ most severe weather event on record, Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).
He sits on the Board of Advisers of ICM, a charity that works with ultra-poor communities who live on less than 50 US cents per day.
He also sits on the Philippines Working Committee of the public-private International Coalition for Missing and Exploited Children that deals with addressing human trafficking and child online exploitation.
More recently, John has been heavily involved in creating a sustainable and equitable program to hire deaf talent into PayPal. A second batch of deaf teammates joined PayPal Philippines in October 2021. He has also initiated PayPal programs supporting Asian lady leaders and promoting understanding of how to bridge introversion into leadership. Under John’s guidance, PayPal joined the Philippine Business and Disability Network as a founding member company, focused on supporting those with disabilities in the workplace.
John trained as a linguist and holds a first-class honors degree in Chinese and Russian Languages with distinction from the University of Leeds, England.

Eva Oskam has a background in international relations and international development and has previously worked at the human rights, migration, and security departments of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a diplomat, she was previously posted in Lebanon and at the Dutch representation to the UN in New York. Serving as a Youth Ambassador in her hometown of the Hague, she strongly believes in the power of the youth and continues to advocate for meaningful and inclusive representation of young people in decision and policy-making areas that impact them. She recently assumed her post as a Second Secretary for the Political and Human Rights section of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Manila. In her spare time, she makes children’s illustrations and dreams of someday writing her children’s book.

Ambe is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of Accenture, Inc. (Philippines), with geographic responsibility for the growth and sustainability of Accenture’s business in the Philippines of providing Technology, Operations, and Strategy and Consulting services to Accenture’s global and local clients.

Ambe also leads the Accenture Technology Centers in the Philippines. In this role, she is responsible for the operations, strategy development and execution, delivery and capability development for the technology delivery center.

Ambe previously held the role of Global Accenture Technology Inclusion & Diversity sponsor. Through this role, she contributed to and championed the creation of a culture of equality in the workplace.

Outside of Accenture, Ambe is an active member of the Filipina CEO Circle, Management Association of the Philippines, and the Makati Business Club.

Ambe joined Accenture in 1990 and has worked on large-scale systems integration and outsourcing engagements. She has also held a number of leadership roles in the Philippines Delivery Center and led its Systems Integration Service Group and CMT groups. Additionally, she was instrumental in driving Accenture’s delivery innovation and industrialization program.

Ambe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the De La Salle University in the Philippines. She graduated high school from the Malate Catholic School. She lives with her husband, Dicky, and three children in Manila.

Vina has worked in expert and leadership roles in various industries, including print media, government, non- government / advocacy, education, and, most recently, energy and shared services. In her 20 years in the workforce, Vina has cultivated a skill in connecting with various roles in an organization, ranging from senior executives to junior professionals, helping them determine choices that are sensible for them and exercise accountability for the decisions that they make.

Eric joined Macquarie last June 2018 as a Division Director heading up the Manila Shared Services Centre (SSC) Office, and Technology. In this role, he is responsible for more than 1,000 staff that provides and evolves its services in Technology, Market Operations, Business Services, and Human Resources for Macquarie globally. The Manila Office is currently the 3rd largest Macquarie office in terms of staff count. Prior to Macquarie, Eric was based in the US as the Chief Information Officer for Claims for Chubb Insurance (formerly ACE insurance) for almost four years. Before Chubb, Eric was with the American International Group (AIG) for more than 18 years, taking positions in Manila, New York/New Jersey, and Japan. Born and raised in Manila, he returned to the Philippines with the opportunity in Macquarie after almost two decades of living overseas. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
