Please join us for this informative Webinar where Attorney Kerry Peck will give participants a basic understanding of the Probate process and the procedure of settling a decedent's estate, paying debt and the distribution of the balance to those that are entitled to receive. This presentation reviews the three basic types of Illinois Probate Proceedings. Understand the probate process from procedure to open a decedent's estate, notice to heirs and legatees, asset collection and inventory, accounting and finally closing the estate.
