Leo single-handedly drafted the Safe Spaces Policy for Emerson Manila in 2019 as well as designed 3 learning modules for Safe Spaces Training for All employees, people manager and Train the Trainer.
Leo has also redesigned a SOGIE and the Business Case for Inclusion training in Emerson which he has been running across the Asia Pacific.
Leo also provides legal counsel to the Board of the Society of Trans Women of the Philippines and has been invited to speak before a number of organizations in the Philippines.
He is the recipient of the Philippine Bahaghari Awards: LGBT+ Leader Award
Jeffrey started his career in Teleperformance Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to Teleperformance Philippines in 2004 to support the country’s sunrise BPO industry. He launched his senior leadership career in 2010 where he led as Director of Integration for Asia Pacific and was appointed as Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management the following year. In 2015, Jeffrey was designated as Senior Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management, where he continued to lead the drive towards a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that was recognized and certified as Great Place to Work® from 2018 to the present.
Teleperformance Philippines is the largest and the only Philippine based company that has been awarded Great Place to Work® for 5 consecutive years and under Jeffrey’s leadership, Teleperformance Philippines became a leading voice for DEI best practices for the Teleperformance Group. He currently seats as a member of the Global DEI Board.
