Tess Azicate is an HR professional who specializes in people programs. As an independent HR consultant, she has worked with various clients on engagement, competency development and labor standards and health initiatives. In the past 10 years, Tess has managed the IBPAP’s programs on labor standards and health (LSH) which have focused on compliance, mental health, HIV and other workplace health management priorities. She has established the association’s linkages with the Department of Labor and Employment and non-government organizations such as Project Red Ribbon to drive workplace programs that are aligned with statutory labor requirements and address concerns that are critical and relevant to the IT-BPM industry.

Ico Rodulfo Johnson is the President and CEO of Project Red Ribbon Care Management Foundation, Inc., one of the leading HIV organizations in the Philippines. He was a member of the Philippine National AIDS Council and has partnered with government, civil society organizations and the private sector to address the HIV epidemic in the country. He developed the Duyan Program, the only organized program in the country that addresses the needs of children with HIV and their affected families. He also developed the Comprehensive Corporate HIV Program to ensure corporate organizations have sustainable programs to break HIV stigma and discrimination and help save lives.

A graduate of B.S. Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines, Manila, he was able to craft innovative HIV programs for awareness, prevention, testing, treatment, care and support to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV.

Russell is currently the Deputy Program Manager for Field Operations of the Philippines Response in Optimizing Testing, Empowered Communities, Treatment and Sustainability (PROTECTS) Project, which is the Global Fund HIV/AIDS Grant in the Philippines implemented by the Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. (PSFI) as principal recipient. He is involved in Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) training, Undetectable equals Untransmittable (U=U) awareness-raising, and HIV Self-Testing rollout.

Philippines-Diliman (UPD) and over his career
worked in a number of non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and foreign-funded projects before joining PSFI. Russell has experience in data privacy and data protection, service operations management, project cycle management, and gender and development programs
