Refresher Course: Environmental Science, Management and Policy

This 5-session training course is for those interested in refreshing their memory on topics in Environmental Science, Management and Policy.

The design of the course includes selected topics from the ESMP Chapter of the Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Professionals Limited (HKIQEP).

TOPICS:

1. Environmental Public Policy and International Conventions (11 July, 7-9pm) (closed for registration)
2. Fundamentals of Corporate Sustainability and Reporting (15 July, 10am-12pm)
3. Environmental Impact, Site Assessment and Risk Assessment (18 July, 7-9pm)
4. Environmental Pollution, Industrial Ecology and Product Stewardship (22 July, 10am-12pm)
5. Ecology and Biodiversity (25 July, 7-9pm)

FEES:

• $400 per session
• $1,800 for full course (closed for registration)

FOR COURSE APPLICATION:

VENUE: Room 202E, 2/F, Business Environment Council, 77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon.

LANGUAGE: The course will be conducted in English. Presentation notes in B/W will be shared via email.

CPD: 2 CPD hours will be awarded for each attended session

• One CPD Certificate will be issued by email after the last session is completed
• No certificate will be re-issued

7. For course cancellation, fees will be refunded by ordinary post.
