Plan your departing flights for any time on Thursday, August 19. L3 has no programming planned for that day.
L3 Covid ProtocolAs of January 2021, L3's COVID protocol for events:
1. Small groups – Events will have a limited number
of attendees.
2. More space aboard vehicles – We are adding vehicles, using larger vehicles and walking.
3. Outdoor venues – We're resuming our travel programs with outdoor-driven events first. We'll eat outdoors whenever possible, weather permitting.
4. Extra spacing indoors – We will provide extra personal space via additional tables or socially distanced seating in auditoriums.
5. Enhanced sanitation – Following guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we will require daily cleaning of vehicles and function space, and the use of face masks and gloves when preparing and serving meals.
6. Suppliers – We will confirm that local suppliers are adhering to the most up-to-date health and safety guidelines.
7. Travelers will be required to wear a mask whenever they are in a group vehicle, when social distancing is limited or when we are indoors.
