OUR ROLE ON THE EVENT
- Develop a comprehensive event plan, including a detailed schedule, budget, and risk management strategy.
- Secure necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage for the event. Coordinate with relevant suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the seamless delivery of event services.
- Handle event promotion, marketing, and media coverage.
- Provide event staff, including event managers, ushers, and technical personnel, as necessary.
- Manage attendee registration and communication, including developing an online registration platform, sending invitations, managing RSVP, and providing necessary event information.
