Sebilat is a Gas Trading & Distribution Expert and a NEBOSH-certified Safety Specialist. With a background in Applied Chemistry and over 12 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, her expertise encompasses Trading and Supply Chain Management, Market analysis, Health & Safety, Business Development, and Regulatory & Industry Compliance.
She is currently the Trading Manager at Asiko Energy Holdings Limited where she coordinates the sourcing and distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) across the value chain, while also analyzing local and international market trends to promote LPG availability, accessibility, and affordability. She is deeply committed to advocating for the adoption of clean energy and raising awareness of its applications and safe usage.
Sebilat serves as the Executive Secretary of the Women in LPG International Network (Nigeria Chapter) and she is also an active member of the Nigeria LP Gas Association Safety and Technical Committee. Through these roles, she consistently contributes her quota on safety, diversity, economic growth, and technical matters in the industry and the nation as a whole.

Joy Shaiyen is Nigerian Business Executive and Clean Energy Enthusiast. She has a background in Engineering and over 14 years professional experience spanning Infrastructure Development, Terminal Management as well as Business Development in the Energy industry. In 2019, she founded Arcus 360, an Energy Trading and Investment company.
At Women in LPG, she currently provides Strategic Leadership as National Coordinator by articulating and driving the chapter’s objectives which are centred around neutralising gender bias and helping women identify opportunities for growth and participation in a male dominated LPG industry. She is also passionate about raising awareness on the qualities of LPG which make it a suitable transition fuel for meeting Sustainable Development Goals including Poverty Eradication, Gender Equality, Good Health and Well Being, and Climate Action. Whilst at TSL Logistics, she led the team that implemented TSL’s transition to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems.
She continually contributes her quota to nation building, serving on deveral advocacy and intervention initiatives by the Government. She was a project member on the National Domestic LPG Project spearheaded by the Office of the Vice Presixdent (2020 -2023) and led the Advocacy Committee of the Lagos State LPG Reforms (2018) to mention but a few.
In 2018, she was recognised by World LP Gas Association as a “Women in LPG” Role Model and by African Shapers in 2021 as one of the top 100 female Oil and Gas executives in Africa. She serves as Treasurer at the Nigeria LP Gas Association. She holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lagos State University.
