Peris is an experienced sales marketing manager with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing industry. She has vast experience in Above the line, Below the line, Digital Marketing, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management, Event Management, Sales Development, Retail Experience, and Experiential marketing.

Over the years, Peris has engaged clients who include;

- Safaricom PLC on agency projects which embrace: retailer sales activities, dealers management, open trade, corporate experiential and brand activations.

- Lato Milk LTD engagement: new product development, Retail seeding, mode trade, off trade concept development and execution.

- Bacardi LTD: engagement though product diversification, corporate support and business development, trade management, digital Marketing and aggregator engagement.

- Eat N GO LTD, master franchise of Domino’s and Cold stone, set up of the online sales channel, website and Digital pages, integrated annual brand plans, transition of brand ownership, corporate communication, establish joint ventures, strategic partnerships and competitor analysis.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Strategic Management & Marketing from Daystar University and Certified Associate Marketer (ACIM-UK) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Member of marketing society of Kenya.

Peris is passionate about creating impact in the marketing sector through training which will ensure effective market data driven decisions, better customer experiences, accurate measure on return on investments and tapping in to customer needs.

Grace is a seasoned marketing and communication professional with over 13 years of experience in Strategic Marketing planning, Communications, Branding, Business Development, Customer Experience Management, Media Relations, Events Management, Market Research and Competitor Analysis.

Her career started at Safaricom Limited where she developed her love for excellent Customer Experience. Thereafter she joined CORAT Africa in the hospitality industry where she built a flair for branding and event management.

Her longest stint has been in the financial industry where she set up the marketing department at Amref Sacco in the year 2010. In her 11 years here, she has tripled the customer base from a membership of less than 1,000 to over 3,000 members through the use of multiple customer acquisition and retention strategies, contributed to the growth of Amref Sacco’s total revenue from Kes 60 million to Kes 216 million through the execution of innovative marketing mix strategies and strategic partnerships, led the growth of Amref Sacco’s product portfolio through a rigorous product development process guided by customer needs and industry benchmarking. She has been instrumental in growing Amref Sacco’s brand through multiple marketing communications (ATL, BTL and digital) and public relations strategies. Grace is passionate about corporate citizenship. She founded Amref Sacco’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR), which has benefitted various learning institutions and in particular learning institutions that cater for children with mental disabilities.

Grace holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Daystar University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM- UK).

Grace is an astute public speaker and enjoys imparting knowledge through client outreach programs and youth mentorship.
