NOTICE OF SILA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
The Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA) will be holding its Annual General Meeting in 2024 as follows:
Date: 26th March 2024, Tuesday
Time: 6.00pm – 9.00pm (GMT + 8 - Singapore Time)
*Registration begins at 6.00pm. AGM would be called to order at 6.30pm.
Venue: National Design Centre, Auditorium Level 2
Address: 111 Middle Road, National Design Centre, Singapore 188969
All members are invited to attend this meeting and we will provide detailed instructions in a separate email, once you have registered for the event.
Those who are unable to attend may appoint a proxy to attend and are to submit the proxy form by 27th February 2024, before 5:00PM via email to our Secretariat.
The following seven (7) positions were opened for election:
- Two (2) position for Vice President
- Three (3) positions for Council Members
- Two (2) positions of Honorary Auditors
Nominations Eligibility:
- Nominations for the stated positions are open to Fellow, Full Members, or Graduate Members
The 2024 AGM process:
- Nominations for Vice Presidents, Council Members, and Honorary Auditors posts are to be submitted latest by 27th February 2024.
- E-Townhall meeting on 19th March 2024: Introduction of all nominees and members Q&A (2 CPD points)
- Commencement of Voting – eligible members can vote online between 19th March 2024 to 22nd March 2024 (2 CPD points)
- AGM reporting by President, Honorary Treasurer, Pillar Heads, and Announcement of Election results on 26th March 2024 (2 CPD points)
Please note that CPD points will only be awarded for those who attended for all the 3 segments.
