SILA E-TownHall 2022

SILA's e-Town Hall will be the precursor for the upcoming AGM on 28th March 2022. Due to Covid-19 measures, eligible members are requested to cast their votes for the nominees between 21st March 2022 to 24th March 2022 online. A unique link will be emailed to you for voting via election runner.

The e-Town Hall will be your chance to get to know the nominees and raise questions to them and to the SILA Council. Please also kindly note the following:

• The e-Town Hall requires eligible voting SILA members to attend. Those with outstanding arrears will not be invited.
• Similar to last year, Affiliates who are nominated as Ordinary members or proxy members will also be invited to the e-Town Hall event.

2 CPD will be provided during this session for those who attend the entire duration online.

The 2022 e-AGM process:

1. Nominations for 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Council Members, Ordinary Council Member, and Honorary Auditors posts are to be submitted latest by 2 days before the e-Town Hall.
2. e-Town Hall meeting: Introduction of all nominees and members Q&A (2 CPD points)
3. Commencement of Voting via www.electionrunner.com​ – eligible members can vote online between 21st March 2022 to 24th March 2022 (2 CPD points)
4. E-AGM reporting by President, Honorary Treasurer, Pillar Heads, and Announcement of Election results (2 CPD points)

Nominations Eligibility:

• Nominations for the stated positions are open to Fellow, Full Members, or Graduate Members
• Affiliates may only be nominated as Ordinary Members
