The goal of this weekend is to have all attendees leave feeling prepared and empowered for 2024. We're evolving our preparation to give you the best on-ramp to your leadership year possible.

State Presidents

Please arrive to Camp Discovery by 5:00 PM Thursday evening (November 30th) and depart anytime after 12:00 PM on Sunday (December 4th).

When booking flights, keep in mind that the airport is two hours from Camp Discovery. Please fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA) as that is where the shuttle will do pick-ups from. The airport shuttle to and from Camp Discovery and meals will be covered. The shuttle will depart the airport at approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday and from Camp Discovery by 9:00 AM on Sunday.

ExCom Members

Please arrive to Camp Discovery by 7:00 PM Tuesday afternoon (November 29th) and depart anytime after 12:00 PM on Sunday (December 4th).
