Executive Director of NZGDAJoy is the Executive Director of the NZ Game Developers Association! With an extensive background in IT, this entrepreneurial dynamo has a wealth of experience in running Not for Profits and Membership organisations.
Joy is a true jack-of-all-trades, with a background in technology and business that spans web development, hardware, networking, and infrastructure, along with management consulting. She's no stranger to building things from the ground up, having established a technology company in the late 90s that grew to become one of the biggest web hosting providers in NZ.
With such diverse experience, Joy has gained a unique perspective on the gaming industry that she uses to champion the needs of game developers in New Zealand.
