Michael Bradshaw is a Senior Director for Dematic and has been with the company for over 20 years. In this time, he has worked across systems design, solution development, consulting, sales and management roles and has been responsible for the development of one of the largest collection of automated intralogistics systems installed in the region. These solutions have been designed and delivered for a range of vertical markets including retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing, 3PL and parcel. Across each of these verticals, Michael is able to count many of the leading companies and brands as his customers.

Michael has a background in controls and automation with a first class honors degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Sydney. After first joining Dematic in Australia, Michael was appointed to a regional management position in Singapore in 2003 to work with customers throughout Asia on the development of automated logistics solutions. He currently oversees all Dematic’s sales and solution development activities in Asia and is a Board Member of Dematic S.E.A.

Michael regularly presents at industry conferences and educational seminars, and has contributed articles to regional supply chain and technology publications. His strong technical background, industry experience and consultative hands-on approach to solution development are highly valued by customers throughout the region.

As Infor's Vice President for Infor Nexus for Asia Pacific & Japan, Cas is working with supply chain innovators on their digital transformation journey, applying the power of Supply Chain Business Networks.

With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and an operational background in Hewlett-Packard’s High-Tech supply chain, he has been involved in numerous global transformations and operational excellence projects for enterprises in industries like Global Logistics, Food & Beverage, Electronics, Automotive, and Retail. He enjoys working with companies on transformational projects to outpace digital disruption and unlock digital growth opportunities.

All by applying concepts in supply chain planning, collaboration & optimisation, machine learning and AI, to create actionable insights.

Based in Singapore, Cas has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region. When not working, you can find him mountain biking on the trails in Singapore or ski-mountaineering on a remote mountain range. He is currently preparing for crossing Iceland on a mountain bike.

Charlie Cheah is currently the Director of Strategic Accounts, leads and drives the commercial business strategy in collaboration with business partners and organisations. Before Esker, Charlie was the Assistant Vice President of Procurement at ASTRO for 9 years responsible for all high-value procurement and tender activities, SAP implementation, in-house trainer for SAP (MM) and project management for P2P initiatives. Prior to joining ASTRO, Charlie held the position of Head, Procurement & Logistic at OPCOM for 7 years and responsible for providing operational and financial leadership in Finance, Marketing and Production Division in addition to successful MRP implementation and ISO certification. Charlie also had a short stint with TIMES as Accounts Officer, responsible for Accounts Receivable. Charlie holds a Finance tertiary background and is a certified ISO auditor.

Philip is Vice President of IBM global procurement. Philip brings extensive experience in all aspects of supply chain management, including supply chain strategy and operations, planning, supply assurance, strategic sourcing, global logistics, procurement engineering, as well as supply chain outsourcing and consulting services.

Philip is responsible from end to end procurement from source to pay in the area of services and general procurement. To support and enable IBM’s cognitive solution and cloud business for all business units in all the countries of Asia Pacific. His AP procurement team is using agile way of working, co-located with internal stakeholders, partnering with external suppliers, bringing supplier enabled innovation into IBM’s offering solutions.

He spent most of his time in global procurement as the sourcing manager, executive assistant to CPO, global commodity council chair, general manager, director and vice president. Part of his procurement experience, he provided procurement outsourcing and consulting services to more than 20 external customers.

Philip holds MBA in University of Management and Technology. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design in Shanxi Science and Technology University.

Alvin started his Logistics profession through his family business HUB Distributors Services, a local SME 3PL firm in Singapore since 1988.

As a forward-looking 2nd generation business leader, Alvin has more than 6 years of experience in business development to grow & corporatize the company through innovative technologies, increasing the Group's revenue by 20% YOY.

As the previous founder and CEO for HUB Logistics, a sister company of the Group that focuses on the container haulage services, he'd successfully built it up from scratch to a sizable fleet consisting of 15 Prime Movers & over 100 trailers within 3 years; moving 1,000 TEUs on average per month.

With a keen interest in making a difference, Alvin is always taking on an active role in the industry's transformation road map and is now the Co-Founder & CEO of Haulio - collaborative B2B community portal that aims to maximize haulage resources through industry level sharing to improve job productivity through our core technology. He is responsible for strengthening the brand's presence, driving supply and demand, as well as business development for the startup.

As Head of Marketing and Communications, Cheryl leads all branding, marketing and communications globally for Parcel Perform, the leading carrier-independent e-commerce logistics SaaS platform.

Prior to her current role, Cheryl led marketing and communications globally for DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group focused on e-commerce. She also held various roles in the Corporate Communications and Responsibility Team for DHL Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Cheryl is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of experience in public relations, advertising, corporate communications and marketing consultancy. Her experience spans across various industries including e-commerce, fashion, retail, entertainment, sports and logistics.

Karl Hoegen is currently CEO of WITRON Integrated Logistics, the North American division of the WITRON Group, which he joined in 2001 in Germany. In this role, Mr. Hoegen provides leadership for WITRON’s operations, encompassing business development, sales, design, project management, and customer support. In addition, Mr. Hoegen oversees administration and human resources in his position as CEO, which he has held for over a decade. Before that, Mr. Hoegen was in charge of WITRON’s UK division for more than two years.

Sriharsha (Harsha) Illindala leads solutions advisory and industry strategy for JDA in Asia Pacific. With his deep knowledge and Interests in effective use of Machine Learning and AI, digital and real time supply chains and team transformations, during his 20 years career (most of it as part of JDA) he has been involved in several supply chain transformations across Retail, Manufacturing and Third-Party Logistics industries.

Sridhar Kandhadai is the VP for Procurement & Supply Chain in Marina Bay Sands. Sri brings 22 years of Procurement experience to Marina Bay Sands having worked across multiple geographies and with several marquee brands. Sri is working in transforming Marina Bay Sands procurement team from transaction focused to a more strategic team. Sri’s expertise includes category strategy, strong relationship with stakeholders, commercial expertise, building effective teams and creating structures to manage Procurement effectively.

Krishna heads the technology sales in Locus and is responsible for client consulting. He understands the use-case and business needs of prospective customers and helps them realize their goals with Locus solutions. Krishna has over 10 years of experience in varied fields including Polymer Research, Investment Banking (Barclays Capital & Deutsche Bank), and Technology Sales. He is an IIT Kanpur 2008 graduate.

Thomas Knudsen is a senior global logistics executive with more than 25 years of experience having held executive leadership, commercial, trade and route management roles in the Middle East, North America, Europe and Asia.

Having joined Toll in January 2018, Thomas is responsible for the Global Forwarding division that consists 24 countries across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to joining Toll, Thomas was CEO, Asia Pacific at global logistics leader, Damco. Based in Singapore, he was responsible for the company’s day-to-day business operations for the Asia region.

Thomas also spent two decades cultivating a wealth of experience with A.P. Moller – Maersk; his last role was the Asia Pacific Regional CEO for Maersk Line, leading all commercial activities across the region. He also sat on Maersk’s global leadership team.

Thomas holds an Executive Master of Management degree in Supply Chain from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and in 2016 completed a strategy short course at Harvard Business School.

Ramesh is the Head of Procurement for Philips APAC, India & Japan. His organization is responsible to fuel profitability and growth in the region through strong strategic relationships, providing procurement insight, innovative thought leadership, and direction to transform the value offering of the Philips businesses. A key part of his responsibility is to develop and drive multi-year Procurement strategies and initiatives at various levels with respect to key policy decisions and resolution of high impact issues.

Prior to Philips, Ramesh spent the better part of his career transforming and running Supply Chain and Procurement organisations in companies such as Hewlett Packard, Motorola and Hughes Software Systems. He started his career with the Indian Armed Forces as a commissioned officer. Ramesh has worked in senior leadership positions with P&L responsibilties both in general management and supply chain development capacities in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Asia Pacific and Japan regions.

Ramesh is a thought leader in Procurement and Supply Chain and makes valuable contribution to the industry by speaking in various professional procurement forums. He has published various white papers on Strategic Sourcing and supplier management and is an Advisor to the PSB Academy Singapore as a part of the Science and Advisory Panel.

Ramesh holds Executive certifications in Export Marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Export Management and a degree from University of Delhi.

Kevin is currently the Head of PSCM for Shell’s upstream joint ventures. His portfolio primarily covers Brunei and Kazakhstan, where the JVs collectively have a procurement staff base of more than 600 pax with $4~ Bln in third party spend pa. Kevin has been in procurement and supply chain leadership roles in Shell Downstream, Upstream and capital Projects since 2005. He is a Fellow of CIPS and has a degree in Marketing and a Masters in Procurement. He is passionate about raising the profile and professionalism of the procurement function, and of late, using data analytics to have deep business conversations with stakeholders about supply chain opportunities.

Michael is a Managing Director of Asianet Consultants HK Ltd and Co-Founder of TRIG International HK Ltd . He is a Managing Director of Essential Resources Consultants Limited a business consulting and matchmaking company. He is a Partner of ADK International, a US search firm specializing in aviation and a member of Airport Council International (ACI). He is a partner of Autokineto, a US search firm specialized in the automotive sector.

He specializes in leadership search and strategic talent acquisition for the high tech manufacturing, industrial, automotive & aerospace and supply chain industry having served various Global Multinational firms in the Asian region. Originally from Korea, he has worked in USA, Korea & Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese, Korean & English. He holds a double major Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and Management of Organization from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Prior to joining Asianet Consultants, he worked in a boutique executive search firm setting up the automotive division and assisting with the FMCG industry in the Asia Pacific Region.

He is a member of various chambers in the region. He is a committee member of the Awards committee at the Supply Chain Asia. John Lim is General Manager, Supply Chain, Asia
Pacific, Middle East for ConocoPhillips.
John joined ConocoPhillips in 2009, after serving in
senior regional positions for Chevron since 2006.
Prior to joining Chevron, John held managerial
positions in the Strategy Development and
Chairman’s Office of Keppel Corporation, a global
conglomerate in Singapore. He was subsequently
appointed as General Manager of a subsidiary in
2003.
John is currently a senior combat officer in the
reserve of the Singapore Navy where he had an
extensive career managing capital projects and
naval operations, which he joined after he was
awarded a military scholarship to study in the
United Kingdom.
He is also active in contributing to the non-profit
sector in Singapore. He is founding member and
former chair of the board (2005-2015) of New Life
Community Services focusing on assisting
disadvantaged Children and Youth. He is also
current board member of Lakeside Family Services.

Lim Teik Han is the president of Zhongheng Technologies and possesses 30 years of delivering manufacturing business process software solutions. Prior to venturing into his own software consulting business in 1999, he was attached to Capgemini Asia Pacific in Singapore. He has been actively involving in the Chinese intelligent manufacturing ecosystem in recent years.

Richard McGirr currently lives in Hong Kong and is the co-founder of Visichain. He is an experienced software project manager and business analyst. His company, Vischain, is a software development consultancy that builds custom software for supply chain and procurement organizations. With over one million developer hours logged, you will be hard pressed to find an enterprise level consultancy that knows the ins and outs of logistics, supply chain and procurement digital transformation better than Richard and his team.

Murad is an Entrepreneur, Venture Investor and Management Consultant. Murad Co-Founded Slonkit in 2015, India’s first money management solution for parents and children and Moneykit, a digital lending solution for the underbanked. In 2017, he Co-Founded Sepio Products with a mission to make the world a better place one product at a time. Sepio is an IoT platform that helps reduce tampering and counterfeiting across the logistics supply chain from factory to fork. Prior to taking the entrepreneurial plunge, Murad was a Management Consultant with Bain & Co. for 9 years. He also has an MBA from Duke University.

Kee Wee Ng is the Vice President of global sourcing for Jabil, based in Singapore. He is responsible for Jabil’s global supply chain strategy development and execution for the Enterprise & Infrastructure segment, including supply chain digitization and transformation. He oversees a team of more than 70 employees across Asia, Europe, Mexico and the US.

With a wealth of leadership experience in supply chain management, program management, and operations, Kee Wee has been instrumental in building multiple highly successful global teams in the various roles that he has held. At Jabil, Kee Wee led several key global sourcing initiatives including Jabil Integrated Solutions and the Technology Enablement Framework, which facilitate seamless collaboration, connect capabilities and empower solutions across Jabil’s global supply chain eco-system.

Kee Wee first joined Jabil in 2007 as director of supply chain focusing on supply chain sourcing solutions development and deployment in Asia. He was promoted to his current role in 2009 with increased responsibilities for global supply chain management. Prior to joining Jabil, Kee Wee was based in China where he held various senior roles at another global EMS company. His responsibilities included setting up a greenfield site, program management, business unit management and operations management.

Kee Wee graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management. He also holds an MBA from the Rutgers Business School in New Jersey, USA.

With more than 23 years of manufacturing experience, Kee Wee’s rich skill set includes new product introduction management, operations management, global commodity management, commodity engineering, procurement and sourcing. He also has extensive hands-on experience in global team management, human capital management and cross-cultural management.

With a strong passion for social causes, Kee Wee pioneered Jabil Singapore’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in 2014, and continues to play a very active role in chartering the site’s social mission today. Duncan Pointon is currently Business Development Manager of WITRON Logistik + Informatik UK. Duncan heads up sales and looks after all potential business development cases in the UK. He joined Witron in 2017 but prior to that he was Sales Manager at Lenze UK a German automation solution provider where he worked for 15 years and specialized in the field of Intralogistics.
