Behaviors are a form of communication. As caregivers, how we respond to difficult behaviors affects the end-result. During this interactive webinar presentation Chris will discuss how to work with a person living with dementia experiencing difficult behaviors. She will assist you in refining your de-escalation skills and give tips on how to look at problems differently, creating more positive reactions.
