Hon. Barke Mbaraka Aboud Sehel
Justice of the court of appeal, Tanzania at TAWJAJustice of the Court of Appeal of Tanzania since January 2019, with over 25 years of legal experience in areas such as homicide, commercial disputes, labor, and intellectual property rights. Previously served in various judicial roles, including Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court of Tanzania. Experienced in negotiating major governmental agreements and active in legal organizations, including as Chairperson of the Tanzania Women Judges Association. Holds a Master of Laws Degree and is fluent in English, Kiswahili, and proficient in French.
