Will Baggett is a former major event sports administrator, having been recognized by the White House
Department of Communications for outstanding service to the President of the United States during
his time at the College Football Playoff.
Will has also helped produce events such as the Super Bowl, Final Four and a host of college football
bowl games.
The Blueprint for a Successful Career, Will’s first book, was first released in 2017 to widespread acclaim and has been added to the curriculum at three nationally accredited universities.
His second book, The Mic Check: 10 Steps for Monetizing Your Message was released in late 2022.
Will formerly served as an athletic performance coach at Baylor, SMU and TCU leading to multiple
conference championships, and most importantly, student-athletes graduating with valuable degrees.
He began speaking in 2017 and has since reached over 40,000 people across multiple industries and
multigenerational workplaces in both the public and private sector.
In 2019, Will founded the Texas Regional Sports Summit to support young professionals with affordable professional development opportunities.
Will has been featured on multiple publications and podcasts in recognition of his work as a personal
branding and nonverbal communications expert.
He formerly served on the Sports Biz Camps board of advisors and runs a nonprofit called The Baggs
of Blessings Foundation to provide scholarship opportunities to underserved high school athletes in his home state of Mississippi.
Will currently resides in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys collecting art, reading, playing basketball and kayaking.
