Lars Svensson is the Head of Sustainability, IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico. IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico owns and operates IKEA stores and Shopping Centres in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and invest in mixed use real estate.

Lars has worked in regional and local management roles in Southeast Asia since 1992 with mainly IKEA but also EF, Novena Holdings and Oriflame with sustainability, marketing, establishment, business development and sales. Between 1998 and 2002 he was based in native Sweden as MD for Japro Management Consulting and CEO for Internet start-up Global Events Online. He is currently the Chair of the Sustainability Committee of Thai-Swedish Chamber Of Commerce and has served as Councillor for Southwest CDC in Singapore. Lars Svensson earned a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics with a postgraduate scholarship for Malay language studies at National University of Singapore. He is married with two daughters, lives in Bangkok and is passionate about pottering around home – the most important place in the world.

Titawan Gasornsombat's international study and work experiences in Germany and the United States has opened her eyes to how Thailand could be if sustainability played a key role in the development of the country. She is a graduate in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, and winner of ‘Go Green in The City (GGIT) Competition’ hosted by Schneider Electric in Thailand, and represented Asia Pacific Region at the global finals in Paris.

She received a scholarship to participate in Sustainable Food Training under Erasmus+ Programme. After graduation, she worked as a Founder’s Associate for a startup called SOS Earth continuing her pursuit in finding solutions for environmental challenges. There she supported Thailand's most iconic environmental advocates. These journeys have solidified her passion in transforming the world into a better and greener place for future generations.

Titawan currently works at Socialgiver, one of Thailand's most recognised social enterprises. Socialgiver works with over 400 of Thailand's most loved brands to engage the public in creating a more sustainable lifestyle that makes a profound positive impact. She works directly with Socialgiver's Founders to support the team's marketing, finances, and growth opportunities.
