COVID-19 Considerations

We are working to implement COVID-19 guidelines that follow CDC standards and are as seamless as possible for all attendees. We know that there's a range of state adopted measures, and the Westin Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama has taken the following approach:

• Mask Requirement: Masks are required in all public spaces of the hotel which include the hotel lobby and meeting space pre-function/foyer spaces.

• Social Distancing: We ask meeting attendees to maintain social distancing spaces of 6 feet whenever possible while at the hotel and in the meeting space. 

• Sanitizer: The Westin will provide hand sanitizing stations in the meeting spaces and hotel lobby and guest rooms landings.

All measures are taken with respect to mitigating the transmission of the virus and with attention to attendees safety and comfort. We are actively working to communicate best health practices during this event, and we are seeking to promote policies that reflect the best information currently available.
