Dear Deputy Minister Osman Çelik was born in Erzincan/Kemaliye in 1964. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. He worked as an Economist at the State Institute of Statistics between 1986 and 1987. He worked as an Expert and Chief Expert at the Project Evaluation and Preparation Directorate of Faisal Finance Institution between 1988 and 1995. He worked as Project and Marketing Manager at İhlas Finans Kurumu between 1995-1999.

He served as Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Finans Kurumu between 2000-2005. Between 2006 and 2015, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Loans and Commercial Banking at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, and as General Manager as of June 2015.

Mr. Çelik, T.R. on 29 June 2016. He was appointed as Undersecretary of Treasury. During his time as Undersecretary of Treasury, he served as a Member of the Executive Board of the Islamic Development Bank and served as G-20 Turkey Sherpa. During the same period, he served as Governor of the World Bank, EBRD, Asian Development Bank, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, Ecobank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, as well as a member of the FSB, Financial Stability Committee, Interest-Free Financing Coordination Board and KOSGEB Executive Board.

Çelik, who served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Türk Eximbank between 2017 and 2021, served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Credit Committee at Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş. since October 2018. He was appointed as the General Manager of Vakıf Katılım Bank as of March 25, 2022.

Mr. Osman Çelik was appointed as Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance on June 21, 2023 and continues to serve in this position.

Mehmet Akif EROĞLU, who graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991, started his career in 1992 as a Sworn Bank Auditor Assistant at the Undersecretariat of Treasury. In 2001, he went to Washington D.C. on a temporary assignment to conduct research and studies on “US banking system and deposit insurance”. In 2003, he worked at the “İmar Bankası Research Commission” at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Between 2004-2006, he completed his master's degree in business administration at the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA. In 2007, he participated in the regular in-service training of the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Institution-Savings Deposit Insurance Fund) in the USA and received the “Audit Group Head” award from the Examination Management School. Subsequently, he was appointed to the "Audit Department" at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. As of September 2009, he joined the founding team of Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik as Assistant General Manager for Financial Affairs. He was appointed as the General Manager of the company in 2010 and as the General Manager of Ziraat Insurance Company in 2012. He served as the General Secretary of the Insurance Association of Türkiye in 2015-2020. Eroğlu, who served as the Motor Vehicle Bureau Country Manager in 2020-2022, was appointed as the President of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency on July 7, 2022, with the Presidential Decision. During his tenure, Eroğlu also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TARSİM and TII, Pension Monitoring Center, Insurance Association of Turkey, TCIP, Arbitration, Assurance Account, Türk Loydu, Türk P&I Board of Directors, and holds CPA and Independent Audit Certificate.

Naci Gorur was born in 1947 in Elazig. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies in Istanbul Technical University, Mining Faculty, Department of Geological Engineering in 1967, he worked as a lecturer at ITU until 1973. He completed his doctorate at Imperial College London in England in 1977 with a scholarship from the Ministry of Education.

Returning to Turkey in 1978, he became an associate professor in 1983 and a professor in 1989 at ITU. In 1983, he won the TÜBİTAK Encouragement Award, which is given to brilliant scientists who are under the age of 40. He received the Science Award for Peace and Security (NATO Science Award) given at the NATO Summit held in Istanbul in 2004.

He was elected to the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) in 1997. Naci Görür is one of the scientists who resigned from this institution in 2011 with the change in the law stipulating the appointment of TÜBA members by the government. He is a full member of the Academy of Sciences.

As of October 17, 2022, he was listed under the Academy of Sciences in the list of the world's most influential scientists made annually by Elsevier and Stanford University.

Taylan Türkölmez, born in Istanbul in 1969, graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations, and then completed his master's degree at Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute.
Türkölmez started his career at Yapı Kredi Pension Inc. in 1991. Türkölmez became the Assistant General Manager in charge of Financial Management in 2006, and the General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at the same institution in 2009, and joined Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. passed into it.
In 2015, Allianz Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. and Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. as the General Manager, and currently serves as the General Manager and Board Member of both companies.
Türkölmez, who became a Member of the Board of Directors of Emeklilik Gözetim Merkezi A.Ş. in 2009, was elected as a Member of the Life and Pension Management Committee in the Association of Insurance Reinsurance and Pension Companies of Turkey in 2014.

He studied journalism at Istanbul University Press and Broadcasting School, and history at Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Basic Sciences.

In 1987, he started to work at Dünya Newspaper's Foreign News Service. In the following years, he worked as the Chief of the Foreign News Service, the Chief of the Stock Exchange Service, and served in the editorial offices.
Güldağ, who worked as a reporter, chief and director in many newspapers and publications, served as the Editor-in-Chief of the DÜNYA Newspaper between 2008-2019, and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NBE Media and News INC, which published the DÜNYA newspaper between 2019 and 2022.

Güldağ, who was elected as the chairman of the Turkish Media and Communication Assembly in 2011, also served as a member of the High Advisory Board of the Economy Journalists Association and the Vocational Monitoring and Ethics Committee of the Journalists Association of Türkiye. He has been working as a Member of the Board of the Journalists Association of Turkey since 2022. Hakan Güldağ has been representing Türkiye as a Member of the Executive Board in the European Economic Press Federation (EEPF) since 2005.

Hakan Güldağ, who was among the founders of Nasıl Bir Ekonomi newspaper in 2022, serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ekonomi newspaper.

Beyhan Budak, who was educated in primary and high school in Ankara, completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Department of Psychology. After his university education, he completed his master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Counseling and Guidance.

After working in a hospital affiliated to the Ministry of Health for many years, Beyhan Budak left his job and started to continue her psychotherapy and education studies in the center she established in Ankara.

Apart from providing psychological support to his clients, he publishes videos on "Popular Psychology" and "Self Help" on many social media platforms, especially YouTube, to reach people who cannot receive psychological help for many reasons. His videos, which he shared on his YouTube channel, which is subscribed to by approximately 2 million people, have been watched more than 150 million times so far.
