Amarjeet is responsible for the overall Asean and Malaysia Tax. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of taxation. Amarjeet’s areas of focus are tax policy and controversy, tax structuring and incentives. He has served a wide range of clients across sectors, including some of the largest MNCs and sovereign wealth funds. Amarjeet is also a regular speaker in tax seminars and conferences and has contributed articles on tax. He has provided tax input to national policy-level discussions on attracting foreign direct investments. He is a Fellow member with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Malaysia and is a licensed GST and Tax agent with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

Farah Rosley is a Partner at Ernst & Young Tax Consultants Sdn. Bhd. and currently leads the Malaysia Global Compliance and Reporting practice within Tax. She is also the President of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) for 2019/2020. Farah has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on corporate tax, tax audits and investigations, and transfer pricing projects. Her knowledge and experience cover industries such as services, telecommunications, property development, construction and manufacturing. Farah’s engagements also include carrying out feasibility studies, reviewing incentive packages, and negotiating and securing special incentive packages for multinational corporations in Malaysia.

Preman’s experience in transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) includes managing the delisting of a large Malaysian conglomerate; providing sell-side M&A advisory services to a global oil and gas company; and providing buy-side M&A advisory services to a global security services company.
