Olive Ndebele has over 20 years' experience in Real Estate; currently managing the largest shopping centre on the African Continent. This Certified Property Manager, has amongst others amassed skills such as; leadership, stakeholder management, diplomacy, negotiations, marketing & brand management, as well as communication at multiple levels from; investors, building development professional teams, management teams, tenants and contractors.

Olive is responsible for the total financial return for an asset valued at over R8 billion rands. She is a member of the IREM South Africa, a committee member of the South African Council of Shopping Centres, and Chairperson of the IREM Education Committee. She is also a member of the St. Mary's DSG Alumni Committee, and has also previously served on the South African Council of Business Women.
