Dear VBF members,
The government has just released a revised law on foreign work permits - Decree 70/2023/ND-CP. Whilst it is generally positive, there are a number of changes businesses should be aware of. This morning (22 Sep 2023) the VBF HR Working Group held one briefing on the legal interpretation, but due to popular demand we are holding a second briefing next week.
The enclosed documents are a summary of some notable highlights of these changes along with the decree in English and Vietnamese for your information.
