Moroti Adedoyin-Adeyinka is the Executive Director, overseeing finance strategy of the Sahara Group, a leading energy and infrastructure conglomerate with operations in over 42 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Her core responsibilities include oversight of all finance functions across the Group, as well as leading the financial strategy and investment appraisal of the various arms of the business.
Moroti obtained a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos in 1991 and is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard University, Boston USA, where she obtained a diploma in General Management in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 2 decades experience as a chartered accountant.
Moroti started out her career in the financial world with Coopers & Lybrand accounting firm, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she worked from 1991 to 1995 as a trainee accountant. She then had a brief stint with Interworld Management & Services from 1995 till 1997 as an Office Manager, overseeing the finance department and general administration of the Firm.
From 1998 to 2001, She worked as an accountant with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines before joining Sahara Group in 2002 where she worked as finance manager, rose to the position of Group Treasurer in 2006 and then was subsequently appointed as CEO of the Group’s downstream trading arm, in 2009. Moroti serves as a non-executive director on the board of Asharami Synergy, a foremost institution in the downstream sector of the Oil Industry.
Engr. Elohor Juliana Aiboni is the first female Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company (SNEPCo).
Elohor joined Shell in 2002, before her appointment as SNEPCo MD, she already had many ‘career firsts’ in her pocket - She was the first female Asset Manager for the Shallow and Deep-Water Assets for Shell in Nigeria.
She is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the Great University of Benin and holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Environmental Management from the University of Bath, UK. She is a Fellow at the Energy Institute, the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). Elohor also sits on several boards in the oil and gas sector including the Women in Energy, Nigeria (WIEN).

Caroline Eboumbou is the Chief Executive Officer of All On, whose mission is to increase access to commercial energy products and services for under-served and un-served off-grid energy markets in Nigeria. A determined pan-Africanist, she is passionate about private sector and economic development, to which she has dedicated her career. Caroline joined All On from The Rockefeller Foundation where she served as an Investment Director based in Nairobi, Kenya. In her capacity, her role focused on driving large-scale impact through the Foundation’s Power investments in Africa, as well as on mobilizing significant financing for extending electricity access globally. She oversaw an innovative portfolio of grants and investments aimed at realizing the full potential of mini grids, while advancing more effective integrated electrification planning and investment across key markets. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, Caroline worked for the African Development Bank, and in private equity focusing on construction and long-term equity financing for solar photovoltaic projects in emerging markets. In these roles, she gained substantial project finance experience and worked on transformative projects to bring electricity to people across Africa. Her project experience spans Francophone and Anglophone countries, and ranges in scope from power generation to transmission projects in both private sector-led and public-private partnerships.

Engineer Effiong Okon joined Seplat in February 2018 as Executive Director/Operations Director and was appointed Director of New Energy on 15th July 2022. Engr. Effiong Okon started his career with Shell in 1992 as a Reservoir Engineer (RE) and has worked in various capacities local and international during his 26 years career with Shell. Prior to joining Seplat, in 2018 Engr. Okon was appointed Vice President of Cost Leadership and Continuous Improvement for Royal Dutch Shell, prior appointments include General Manager of Deepwater Production for Shell Nigeria, Manager of Offshore Assets (Shallow Water and Deepwater), Manager of North Field (largest gas field in the world – 1,500 Tcf) Wells and Reservoir, Deputy Vice President Technical Qatar Shell with key achievement in delivering the commissioning, start-up, and early production phase of two mega projects (ca. $25 Bln) for Qatar Shell (Pearl GTL and Qatar Gas LNG Trains 7 & 8).

He is primarily a Petroleum Reservoir Engineer with extensive experience across all aspects of the Exploration & Production business including Safety, Strategy, Leadership, Petroleum Engineering, Exploration, Front End Development Studies, Project Execution, Operational Excellence, Production, Cost Leadership, Field Development, Full Life Cycle Management of Complex Oil and Gas Assets (Upstream and Midstream), Onshore and Offshore, diverse geographies and cultures, successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams, leading change and innovation, talent identification and development, managing service providers and controlling material budgets. Engr. Ifeoma I. Idigbe is a finance and business consultant and social entrepreneur. She has worked in the Nigerian private and public sectors in executive management positions.
Ifeoma is passionate about financial and business efficiency in organizations, and about developing people. She teaches Critical Thinking and Public Speaking to graduate Scholars at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM), Lagos, and is the Founder & Executive Vice Chairman of boys to MEN Foundation, a Nigerian nongovernmental organization (NGO) she started in 2017 dedicated to ensuring that males become their best selves, and so positively impact the communities in which they live.
