Engr. Chichi has over twenty four (24) years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry spanning
across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. Her capabilities cut across diverse
spectrums including but not limited to business development and strategy, engineering, project
conceptualization & management, deals structuring, stakeholder management and overall
contract administration.

She holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science & Technology
and an MBA in Oil & Gas Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She is a
certified member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), a certified member with the Council
for The Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Association of Professional Women
Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN) and a founding member Women In Energy Network (WIEN).
Engr. Chichi started her early career in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry as a Project Engineer with
Exxon Mobil Nigeria Limited where she garnered cutting edge industry skills and experiences over
a 10 year period. She moved on to other organizations where she also acquired diverse
experience across the entire industry value chain. She is well-versed in negotiating industry
contracts and has strong track records of closing commercial and technical deals with venture
partners.

Presently, Chichi is replicating her success strides in Neconde Energy Limited as the Acting
Managing Director as well as the Gas Asset Manager. She was one of the key leads on the team
which secured and signed a Finance, Technical and Services Agreement (FTSA) on OML42 in 2022

Oluwatobi Olasoji is a seasoned oil and gas commercial professional with over a decade of experience in the energy sector.

He currently serves as the Commercial & Planning Manager at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria (FHN), an exploration and production company, where he leads strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize the company's commercial operations in OML 26.

Tobi has been instrumental in driving successful projects and initiatives in oil & gas commercialization, policy advocacy, project financing & ESG implementation across the energy value chain.

He has held different roles across several international and indigenous organisations, including the World Bank, Adam Smith International, Neconde Energy Limited, and Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria (GACN).

Oluwatobi holds an MSc in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University and a BSc in Economics from Covenant University.
