Mrs. Godrey Ogbechie is a Co-Founder of Rainoil Limited, one of the foremost downstream oil and gas companies in Nigeria.

A consummate professional with about 35 years of combined experience across several industries which include Banking, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Farming, and Hospitality.

She holds various positions in companies operating in these industries which include:

1. Group Executive Director at Rainoil Limited
2. Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Norsworthy Investments Limited.
3. Non-Executive Director at Eterna Plc.
4. Board Advisory and Board member of several other businesses and non-profits.

Godrey is a 1988 graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Since joining Rainoil Limited full-time in 2009, Godrey has driven the establishment of systems and controls across the Group operations. She has been instrumental in growing the business to include an asset base comprising:

§ Three ultra-modern petroleum product storage depots (50 million litre capacity multi-product depots in; Oghara-Delta State, Calabar-Cross River State, and Ijegun Egba-Lagos State)

§ An 8,000 metric tonne LPG storage facility in Ijegun, Lagos State

§ Over 180 retail outlets spread across the country.

§ A fleet of 300 petroleum product tank trucks and 40 LPG trucks for efficient delivery of products to our network of stations and customers across the country.

Godrey is actively involved in several social welfare and humanitarian initiatives.

She is a Life Member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), and the Lagos Business School Alumni Association .

She is also a board member and the VP of Downstream and Midstream in Women in Energy Network (WIEN).

She has attended several management courses locally and abroad.

She is married to Mr. Gabriel Ogbechie, and they are blessed with three young adults.

optimization to the expansion of business operations. Currently, she holds pivotal leadership positions as the Chief Transformation Officer at Prudent Group and serves as the General Manager of Channels at Ardova PLC.

In these influential roles, Habiba consistently showcases a remarkable talent for fostering revenue growth across a wide range of product lines and distribution channels, she has directly managed various downstream offerings, encompassing LPG, Lubricants, Commercial fuels, Non-fuel
Revenue, Business to customer (B2C) fuels Retailing.

Habiba excels in optimizing retail channels and spearheading strategic initiatives with a strong customer-centric focus. Her deep understanding of core fuels retailing, and route-to-market strategies consistently yields remarkable growth.

Habiba's previous leadership positions include Chief Operating Officer at Enyo Retail and Supply, a wass as various sales and marketing Letd (formerly Oando). She holds an MBA in Business Administration from Easton Business School and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Consultants.

Her international qualifications further highlight her impressive career in the industry.

Mrs. Ngozi Ekeoma is an astute entrepreneur, wealth creator, and employer of labor. Her business interests span across different fields in oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing, power, money market, shipping, and logistics. A lawyer by profession, she has received several trainings in management, alternative dispute resolution, leadership, and strategy both at the local and international levels. She is an alumna of the prestigious Harvard Business School. She sits on the Boards of many companies and businesses. Presently, the Group Managing Director of Nepal Group of Companies, she is also the MD/CEO of Nepal Oil and Gas Services Ltd which is now Nepal Energies, Quest Shipping Ltd, Sorties Logistics, Emline Nig. Ltd, Genesis Electricity Ltd, South Globe Limited, Nepal Upstream, and lots more.

Ngozi hails from Igbere, in Abia State, Nigeria. She attended Aba Girls Secondary School, Abayi (high school), the University of Lagos where she obtained a diploma in Criminal Justice Administration and later a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB). With a degree in law, she proceeded to the Nigeria Law School where she trained as a lawyer and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She currently pursuing a master’s degree in law. She attended the Harvard Business School, in Boston, USA. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Nigerian Bar Association, Patron of the Boy’s Brigade of Nigeria, “Mother” of the Christian Girls in Training (CGIT), strong member of the Women’s Guild of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria and lots more. SOCIAL AND CIVIC LIFE Mrs Ekeoma is a multiple award-winning entrepreneur. She has won the Oil Gas Woman of the Year, Award for Entrepreneurial and Career Development, awards in Management and Leadership among others. As a philanthropist, she founded and drives the Pa. Anyaso Skill Acquisition Centre, a foundation that trains youths and women in vocation, skill, and crafts. Mrs. Ekeoma has awarded several scholarships to the indigents under the Nepal scholarship Schemes which is driven by the Corporate Services Department of the Nepal Group. She has recently pioneered and championed the construction of a world-class isolation center and molecular laboratory in Abia state as part of her contribution towards combating Covid 19 and infectious disease control within the country. Mrs. Ekeoma apart from championing the construction of the ultramodern molecular isolation centre, was quite visible in the war against Covid and pandemic lockdown in 2020 and 2021 by providing food and other palliative to the most vulnerable households and churches.

To her credit, Nepal Group offers over 200 employment to Nigerian citizens even as the unemployment rates in the country geometrically grow. Apart from offering huge employment opportunities to Nigerian youths, especially in Delta state, Ngozi has through her company, Nepal Oil built an ultramodern block of classrooms at the proposed Police College/Training Centre in Oghara Delta State.

She carries out outreach programs that feed and provide Medicare to the poor. She has also partnered and collaborated with a number of NGOs and charitable organizations to give relief to the needy. In 2014 she donated relief materials worth millions of Naira to flood victims in Bayelsa State.

A member since 1990 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Dapo has an impressive record of successfully leveraging high decision quality in driving optimization and efficiency initiatives in both the private and public sectors.

With over thirty-five years’ accounting and management experience, twenty-five of which were in Chevron (a top 10 organization on the Fortune 500), his oil and gas industry exposure covers both upstream and downstream, in Nigeria as well as in the United States of America. Beyond the finance and accounting function, Dapo has had experience broadening assignments in Facilities Engineering and Security Services.

He is passionate about developing true leaders who are not bashful about addressing internal and external obstacles to organizational growth.

Currently Executive Vice President, of Downstream at NNPC Limited, Dapo joined the company as Treasurer in April 2016. In October 2022, following the transition to NNPC Limited, he became the pioneer Chief Finance and Investor Relations Officer (CFIRO) where he was charged with the responsibility of raising medium and long-term financing, as well as overseeing Investor Relations activities, including the Company’s journey towards its Initial Public Offer.

A seasoned boardroom strategist, Dapo has served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of various companies in the real estate, medical services, information technology, and oil and gas sectors.
