With over six years of experience in Urban Management and Research, Boniface has served in various roles within both government and private sectors. Notably, he was a pivotal team member in reviewing the building codes for Malawi and Afghanistan and the Konza Techno City Development Plan. Boniface's educational background in Urban Planning and GIS provides a strong foundation for his professional work. As a corporate member of the Kenya Institute of Planners and the Commonwealth Association of Planners, Boniface is committed to promoting sustainable urban development. Currently, he serves as the Knight Frank Africa Research Analyst, acting as a Research Spokesperson for Africa. Boniface is passionate about real estate research and regularly contributes to several Knight Frank Global and Africa Research publications.

Primrose Chakuchichi is a Managing Director of Capevalley Properties and Construction. She holds a BCom in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Primrose is a Certified Project Manager and has vast experience in property development, construction and retail industry. She has executed several managerial roles in which she handled both human and financial resources. In addition to being a positioning properties and construction managing director, Primrose also worked at Continental Beverages as an Operations Director. She also held an Executive Director position at Greenpower Holdings. Leading Capevalley team, projects she handled includes Adbernnie, Prospects, Glenara, Norton Swallowfields, Strathaven and Hatfield. Primrose has a work-life balance. She enjoys socializing, traveling and playing sports.

Architect Tsitsi Dzvukamanja is a practising Architect and the President of the Zimbabwe Construction Industry Association (ZCIA). She is a seasoned built environment professional with a Bachelor of Architecture Honours Degree from the University of Cape Town South Africa, and over 18 years of experience in innovative, commercial, residential and interior design.

She is passionate about Green Architecture, a philosophy of Architecture that Advocates sustainable and renewable energy sources, the conservation of energy, the reuse and safety of building materials and the siting of a building with consideration of its impact on the environment. As a staunch advocate for increasing design quality in Zimbabwe’s housing market, she would like to see more developments embracing the Green Architecture Philosophy.
