With over six years of experience in Urban Management and Research, Boniface has served in various roles within both government and private sectors. Notably, he was a pivotal team member in reviewing the building codes for Malawi and Afghanistan and the Konza Techno City Development Plan. Boniface's educational background in Urban Planning and GIS provides a strong foundation for his professional work. As a corporate member of the Kenya Institute of Planners and the Commonwealth Association of Planners, Boniface is committed to promoting sustainable urban development. Currently, he serves as the Knight Frank Africa Research Analyst, acting as a Research Spokesperson for Africa. Boniface is passionate about real estate research and regularly contributes to several Knight Frank Global and Africa Research publications.
Primrose Chakuchichi is a Managing Director of Capevalley Properties and Construction. She holds a BCom in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Primrose is a Certified Project Manager and has vast experience in property development, construction and retail industry. She has executed several managerial roles in which she handled both human and financial resources. In addition to being a positioning properties and construction managing director, Primrose also worked at Continental Beverages as an Operations Director. She also held an Executive Director position at Greenpower Holdings. Leading Capevalley team, projects she handled includes Adbernnie, Prospects, Glenara, Norton Swallowfields, Strathaven and Hatfield. Primrose has a work-life balance. She enjoys socializing, traveling and playing sports.
Kura is a seasoned property professional with experience across property development, asset management especially in listed real estate environment. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of the Witwatersrand, and attended the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has served as Chairman of Investment Committee on the Boards of two listed real estate companies in South Africa and consulted in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Agatha is the Chief Operating Officer for House of Chinhara, an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Agatha a Masters of Science in Global Hospitality Business from Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne, University of Houston and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has worked in USA, The Bahamas, Maldives and Thailand before moving to Zimbabwe.
House of Chinhara is a wholly Zimbabwean hospitality development company focused on building sustainable and beautifully designed hotels, with exceptional partners. The company aims to showcase the beauty of the land, celebrate local cuisine and give exceptional experiences of local cultures in Zimbabwe and Africa as a whole.
Architect Tsitsi Dzvukamanja is a practising Architect and the President of the Zimbabwe Construction Industry Association (ZCIA). She is a seasoned built environment professional with a Bachelor of Architecture Honours Degree from the University of Cape Town South Africa, and over 18 years of experience in innovative, commercial, residential and interior design.
She is passionate about Green Architecture, a philosophy of Architecture that Advocates sustainable and renewable energy sources, the conservation of energy, the reuse and safety of building materials and the siting of a building with consideration of its impact on the environment. As a staunch advocate for increasing design quality in Zimbabwe’s housing market, she would like to see more developments embracing the Green Architecture Philosophy.

Stephen Kapfunde heads the Old Mutual Property Boutique and has more than 25 years’ experience in Real Estate. He has carried out work in Zimbabwe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East. Stephen holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Reading (England) and an MSc in Construction Project Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), (Zimbabwe). In addition, he is a full Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as a Registered Valuer with the Zimbabwe Valuers Council
Edward Leared is CFO of property development company Big Poppa’s, a joint venture vehicle whose mission is to acquire, develop and operate high quality retail properties in Zimbabwe. Before this he was a portfolio manager at Sub-Sahara Capital Group, an investment conglomerate, whose interests span Zimbabwe, Zambia and the UAE. Edward is a Chartered Certified Accountant and CFA charterholder, and is passionate about the development of Africa.
Barry is the CEO of Columbus, a 360-degree marketing communications firm, responsible for supporting the growth of the existing business operations and partner offices in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi and prospective markets such as South Africa and Rwanda. He is also responsible for developing key client relationships and a keen understanding of clients’ businesses across the region.
Mashilo Pitjeng is the Founder and Executive Director at TseboREAL Asset Management, a division of BLK Asset Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a real estate asset management consulting and risk management advisory firm.
He is currently a non-executive director and the chairperson of the capital and investment committee at Pareto Limited; independent director and a member of the Property Sector Charter Council; Council member with the South African Council of Property Valuers Profession; chairperson of the Education and Standards Committee at the South African Council of Valuers. He is a registered professional valuer.
Mark Waspe serves as an Executive Partner at Caleo Capital, a South Africa-based financial services group specializing in asset management, private equity, and more. His expertise lies in bespoke family wealth planning and philanthropic ventures across the African continent. Caleo has invested over ZAR5 billion in diverse sectors, from disruptive tech to renewable energy. Mark's role focuses on aligning individual and family wealth with meaningful impact, leveraging his deep understanding of the financial landscape to offer custom solutions. He plays an integral part in a team that has backed over 35 innovative companies
Kirsty is Head of Research and Quality Control with HTI Consulting and has a BCOM degree in marketing from the University of South Africa. Kirsty has been involved in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries for a period of 20 years. She started her career with KPMG Johannesburg and after ten years moved to the Budapest office in Hungary where she spent two years. Kirsty has extensive experience in undertaking market and financial feasibility studies, market research, due diligence, operator selection and management contract negotiation. Kirsty has worked on or assisted in assignments in over 30 countries in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Far East.
