The Board may admit into Membership as Enterprise Member any company which is:
a business entity registered in Singapore; or a business entity Overseas in their respective country;
in the business of building and construction including any other business entity in the Built Environment Industry for at least three (3) years in business; and
worthy of election as Enterprise Member having satisfied the Board:-
of its suitability for admission; and
that its admission would be beneficial to the Institute
provided always notwithstanding the above requirement for Enterprise Member, the Board may at its sole discretion admit any building and construction business related company whether from within or outside Singapore who can contribute to the Institute growth and sustainability.
Enterprise Members (EM) shall receive a unique plaque and trademark logo.
