Foodbank Queensland (FBQ) is Queensland’s largest hunger relief charity, supplying essential food to Queenslanders in need through a large network of front-line charity members and school breakfast programs each year. FBQ’s vision is for a Queensland without hunger; achieved via its mission to deliver the most food, to the most Queenslanders in need, in the most efficient and effective ways.
Through its Morningside Food Distribution Centre, FBQ sources and rescues over 14 million kilograms of food per year, the equivalent of 25 million meals. Foodbank Queensland operations support over 200,000 disadvantaged Queenslanders each month.
