Associate Individual Member (AC)| No voting right

Individuals * who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board that they are:

• Actively involved in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam and/or Germany, and:
• Not members of an organization which could become a Corporate Member, and:
• Not ordinarily resident in Vietnam.

Note : *National of any EU Member State

Annual Fee: 8,250,000 VND

Ordinary Individual Member (OI)| Voting right of 1 vote

Individuals* who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board that they have:

• Substantial ties to Germany, and
• Actively involved in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam, and
• Not members of an organization which could become a Corporate Member, and:
• Ordinarily resident in Vietnam.

Annual Fee: 8,250,000 VND
