Generation Green is an ecosystem that strives to foster an intergenerational network, community, and platform that fortifies the leadership of young people in the environmental liberation movement throughout the Afrikan Diaspora. We envision a world where Afrikan people are liberated through collective power building and collaborative ideation. This work connects a plethora of environmental and social justice movements that strive to reimagine a regenerative and abundant world.

Generation Green is an adhocracy and collaborative community. We subscribe to the principles of BESE SAKA and BOA ME NA ME MMOA WO. BESE SAKA represents the abundance that is created through unity. Sharing our wisdom, experiences, and expertise creates a community exchange. BOA ME NA ME MMOA WO represents the need to transform the world by creating a space that promotes interdependence and collaboration amongst a group of people towards the greater good.

Generation Green is growing and seeking volunteers to support the core team with the positions outlined in this document. Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to learn with a capacity for collaboration and adhere to our community guidelines
