Criteria for Associate Members:
Must be a corporate entity not licensed by the SEC.
Must be a company offering complimentary/ancillary services to companies within the Capital Market.
Application must be sponsored by a Regular member in good standing.
Application must be presented to the Executive for recommendation to the Governing Council for admission.
