The Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce, established in 1989, is the only bilateral Chamber of Commerce in India that promotes trade and investment between India and Australia. We have members both in India and Australia, including Australian companies present in India.
The Chamber is headquartered in Chennai with active Chapters in Western India, Bengaluru, East India, Northern India and Southern India. With this single corporate membership, you are entitled to participate in all our initiatives Pan-India.
With more than 500 members, the Chamber now represents almost the entire range of the Indo-Australian business community and about 40 Australian companies in India are members. 15 Sectors has been identifiedbased on the sectors identified from the India Economic Strategy and the Australia Economic Strategy reports. The forums comprise of members from both countries and Co-Chairs from India and Australia. The forums (meeting once a quarter) would be a channel to facilitate business partnerships/outcomes and a platform for advocacy. As a corporate member you can participate in 2 forums (out of the 15) of your choice.
