Our friends at Rural Schools Collaborative are excited to announce the 2022-23 Celia B. Godsil Grants in Place Fellow Awardees. This grant is extended to rural classroom teachers who teach in school districts that are located in one of the Rural Schools Collaborative's 14 Regional Hub areas.

Digital knowledge and skills are a requirement for success in today’s world. But digital skill gaps negatively impact individuals’ future job opportunities and earning potential, particularly those who have been historically and systematically excluded.

Digital Promise's goal is to help learners transition successfully from K-12 to postsecondary and other pathways to achieve greater well-being and economic security.

Selected scholars will receive an annual salary of $70,000 for two years, up to $4,000 per year for travel to conferences, and up to $2,000 per year for statistical and research training. The desired start date is June 1, 2023.
