He is primarily tasked to produce high quality property reports, covering office, residential, retail, leisure, and industrial segments. He conducts macroeconomic analysis and regularly assesses the impact of economic growth to the real estate sector. Joey handles Client engagement through market overview presentations to equity analysts, property investors, and real estate firms. Prior to joining Colliers in March 2016, Joey worked as a Research Manager for a research and consultancy firm where he handled business, political, and macroeconomic analysis. He took part in a number of consultancy projects with multilateral agencies such as ADB, JICA, and World Bank and provided research support and policy recommendations to key government officials and top executives of MNCs in the Philippines.
Elaine Q. Borazon earned her PhD in Business Administration, MS in Management, and BS in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She is currently a food safety management system, operations management, and research and development consultant of various food manufacturing companies in the Philippines, assisting them in their needs for streamlining operations and meeting food safety regulatory requirements of the country. She currently teaches Operations Management, General Management, and Human Resource Management at the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutions Management of the College of Home Economics, University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is the president and CEO of BusinessBests InnovaCon, Inc., a consultancy firm for food enterprises. Her research projects involve SMEs on supply chain integration, business performance, and sustainable development.

Commissioner Crispian Lao is the Vice Chairman of the National Solid Waste Management Commission under the Office of the President, Republic of the Philippines, as the Private Sector Representative for the Recycling Industry and is a Co-Convener and Founding President of the Philippine Alliance for Recycling and Material Sustainability (PARMS) which brought together stakeholders in the recycling value chain (Manufacturers, Industry Groups, Retail Groups, MRFS/Junkshops/Waste Consolidators & Haulers, Recyclers, NGOs, Academe and Government Entities) whose objective is to “Develop and Implement a Holistic & Comprehensive Program to Increase Resource Recovery and Reduce Landfill Dependence towards Zero Waste”.
Within APEC, Mr. Lao also serves as the Co-Chair and Industry Sector Representative to the APEC Virtual Working Group on Marine Debris. He is a technical working group member of the Climate Change Commission; board member of the Solid Waste Management Association of the Philippines; a technical committee member of the Bureau of Product Standards; a member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Environment Committee; and past president of the Philippine Plastics and Industry Association.
In addition to his several professional memberships, Comm. Lao received and conducts trainings on Solid Waste Management, 3Rs, Waste to Energy, Mercury Waste Recycling, among others. Because of his extensive professional experience, he also does consultancy work, project management and plant design, and is regularly invited as a resource speaker on the environment, packaging and emerging technologies.
He was recently invited to the UNEP Marine Plastics Expert Workshop in Paris, a speaker to the 6th International Marine Debris Conference and Polytalk 2018 and is part of the expert panel that will develop a Global Roadmap to Achieve Near Zero Ocean Plastic Leakage by 2040.

Misha is a Corporate Affairs Executive from Nestlé Philippines. She recently returned from Nestlé headquarters in Switzerland where she was the regional plastics sustainability lead for Asia, Oceania and Sub-Saharan Africa. She returns to the Philippines to lead Nestlé’s Plastic taskforce. Before her work in plastics, Misha handled Public affairs and government relations as well as nutrition projects of Nestlé Philippines. She also previously worked in Nestlé’s Headquarters handling a global nutrition education initiative of Nestlé worldwide.
Prior to her career in Nestlé, Misha worked in NGOs and multilateral agencies in Australia and the Philippines. She received a B.A. in International Relations from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, USA and a Master of Science degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom.
Edwin was nominated for Singaporean of the Year in 2016 by the media, for his role in leading the fight against the haze that engulfed Singapore and several Southeast Asian countries in 2015; shortly before that, he became the first Southeast Asian elected to the Board of the Global Eco-labelling Network, an international network of national eco-labelling organisations. Edwin is a Singaporean, and read Economics at the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) in the USA.

Since 2013 (joint Altair), he is leading a team responsible for Altair ASEAN’s pre- sales & post-sales activities, including undertaking benchmarks, providing technical supports & consultations, conducting training & workshop, etc.
Presently, he is the Director responsible for business development on Altair’s businesses in both Malaysia & Philippine territories.
Mr. Teri Teo has been extensively working in the plastics industry for more than 20 years specialized in Eco-product applications and market development in Asia Pacific. He is also the founder of Learth (S) Pte Ltd and PS Food and Beverage (S) Pte Ltd invited as guest speaker in Asia for 1st Bio-plastics Asia 2009,Thailand, Eco-Design 2009 Japan, Degradable Plastic Seminar 2010, Indonesia, Singapore Green Entrepreneurship Symposium I 2011, the 3rd Annual Asia Pacific food Tech, Innovation and safety conference 2013, and Specialty Packaging Films Asia 2014, Thailand. He is awarded the spirit of entrepreneurs 2010, OCBC emerging enterprise finalist2011 and best innovation awards 2011 from SingTel.
