Phil Tiongson is currently the General Manager for Mx and Data Sciences at HAVAS Ortega. In this role, he ensures that clients and agency strategists are equipped with the research, data, analytics, and technology they need to make effective and timely business decisions. He is also responsible for exploring how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and the metaverse can impact the agency's business and that of its clients.

With over 25 years of experience in strategic media planning and analytics, Phil has worked for more than a decade in Singapore with IPG Mediabrands, Mediacom, and Carat. Before that, he served as the country media manager for Universal McCann/McCann Erickson in Vietnam. Prior to joining HAVAS Ortega, he was the Vice President for Marketing Sciences and Analytics at McCann Worldgroup Philippines.

Jako de Leon is a content creator, producer, talent manager and digital consultant. Jako created the digital series, Bogart the Explorer, over a decade ago and went on to produce a wide array of shows, series, ads and other content under his PaperbugTV banner. His career shifted into new gear when he began managing and mentoring other creators such as Wil Dasovich. His work with Wil helped alter the local digital landscape, popularizing vlogging in the country and subsequently inspiring several of the now top vloggers and creators in the process. Jako is currently the President for the Creators and Influencers Council of the Philippines (CICP).

Franz Jonathan “Franz” G. de la Fuente is an experienced communications professional with a decade-long background in media and public relations. He is serving his third term (2024-2025) on the Public Relations Society of the Philippines Board of Trustees, having served from 2021 to 2023.

He is currently the Corporate Communications and Branding Manager for Aboitiz InfraCapital, handling external-focused communications for the Aboitiz Group's infrastructure arm.

He was previously with Filinvest Land, National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines (Nat Re) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV). In 2017, the AEV Media Relations Program was recognized as a Merit Award Winner at the 15th Philippine Quill Awards.

Prior to entering public relations, Franz was a corporate reporter for BusinessWorld, covering the PSE-SEC, Property, and Motoring beats.

JOSELITO D. DE LOS REYES, Ph.D., chairperson of the UST Creative Writing department, is a poet, fictionist, essayist, translator, and columnist.

De los Reyes won the NCCA Writer’s Prize for his fiction, the National Book Awards for his books of essays, the National Book Awards, the Philippine Readers’ Choice Awards, and the Gintong Aklat Awards for his books on creative nonfiction, and the Makata ng Taon from the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino.

He has a BSE in Social Sciences from PNU Manila. He obtained his master’s and doctorate in Philippine Studies from De La Salle University. He regularly contributes popular culture and new media opinion for Abante and Rappler.

He teaches writing for new media, seminar in new media, and creative nonfiction at the UST Faculty of Arts and Letters and the UST Graduate School.
