His experience includes managing the design and delivery of all operational activities, overall revenue and commercial streams covering Offline& Online sales, P&L – Growth and Brand Marketing for Wave Money.

Arvinder is a market leader with proven track record in financial industry, FMCG, Telecom, Software Sales and Financial institution across South East Asian countries for last 22 years with expertise in acquisition, growth, MAU, online sales, operations, digital marketing, strategy and customer experience domains.

He has been involved in start-ups as well as big corporations at leadership levels. Currently he is leading the entire commercial activities including sales, marketing and digital portfolios in Myanmar for Fintech Company, Wave Money. He has been founder member of leadership team of Wave Money in last 4 years as well.

Edmund Barwuah is an experienced digital financial services professional with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and mobile financial services industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Market Penetration growth, Analytical Skills, Distributed Team Management, and Sales and Distribution. Edmund has a strong operations professional with a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

Edmund has proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate Strategy & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals. He is also an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude. Additionally, he has extensive experience in setting up and managing business operations which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in industry & highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers and corporate clients.

Ye Myat Min is a venture partner at Seed Myanmar, early stage technology-focused venture capital fund.

​Ye Myat has more than 10 years of experience in leading and growing technology companies. He holds several leadership and advisory roles in various technology companies in Myanmar. Prior to coming back to Myanmar in 2014, Ye Myat worked with various multi-national and regional companies such as Sony Pictures, OCBC Bank, Ubisoft, PropertyGuru and more. He went to Singapore Management University.
