As Chief Executive Officer, Jeff is responsible for providing long term strategic planning and day to day leadership for the organization. Jeff works with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish and achieve business objectives consistent with the core values and mission of the organization.
Jeff took his first tour of TCH’s facility in 2010 and was immediately drawn to its compelling mission. He subsequently served on the TCH board of directors for seven years, including two years as its chairman. Jeff has a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law. Prior to becoming TCH’s CEO, he practiced management side labor and employment law at a local and national law firm, where he held various leadership positions.
Michelle Cirocco is the Executive Director of Televerde Foundation and the Chief Social Responsibility Officer for Televerde. She joined Televerde in 1999 and has held several leadership positions including Chief Marketing Officer. Michelle was recently named a World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business by Conscious Company magazine. Her journey of transformation was also featured by Forbes in a two-part interview.
Michelle is a strong customer champion with a tireless commitment to using business as a force for good. Michelle earned her MBA from Arizona State University where she also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Services Leadership. She holds multiple certifications from SiriusDecisions. Michelle is an avid TED fan and organized and hosted TEDxPerryvilleCorrectional, the first TEDx to be held in an Arizona prison. The event looked behind the curtain of incarceration to show the potential that exists in providing second chances. Michelle dedicates a significant amount of her free time giving back to her local community by volunteering for the Phoenix Rescue Mission and Athena International. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and MBA Women International.
Tim Hug currently serves as VP/GM of the PAD (peripheral arterial disease) & ESKD (end-stage kidney disease) Platforms for BDPI. In this role, Tim is responsible for the overall product portfolio, aligning the optimal organizational structure and talent needed to execute growth strategies both in the US and globally. He develops strategies and business plans that outline clear objectives for growth ensuring that the busines is focused on the right technology and product offerings. He is an active member of the BDPI Executive Management Board collaborating to develop and achieve objectives for the Peripheral Intervention Segment consistent with the core values and strategic mission of the larger BD organization. Tim’s in-depth understanding of the medical device industry, regulatory and clinical requirements, reimbursement, healthcare economics and medical healthcare capabilities for key countries serve as drivers to the category innovation necessary to ensure the Peripheral Intervention business continues to drive results.
Prior to his current role, Tim was VP/GM, US Sales for BDPI. Tim’s responsibilities included the achievement of company sales objectives; effectively participating in market planning, marketing strategies, and product development to ensure continued BDPI growth. In his 12+ years at BDPI, Tim has held many sales positions including Lutonix Business Director, Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to BDPI, Tim held various Sales Management and Training roles at Forest Pharmaceuticals. Tim and his wife Rachel, along with their two children Max and Sophie, relocated from Wisconsin to Arizona in July 2017. Tim is a Wisconsin native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, arts leader and visionary is Vice President for Cultural Affairs for Arizona State University and Executive Director of ASU Gammage. She has artistic, fiscal, and administrative responsibility for the historic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed ASU Gammage, ASU Kerr Cultural Center, with responsibility for Sun Devil Stadium and Desert Financial Arena for non-athletic activities. She oversees the activation and transformation of Sun Devil Stadium into a year-round hub of cultural activity as ASU 365 Community Union. Colleen was also appointed by ASU President Michael Crow to co-lead the Advisory Council on African American Affairs. The council will enhance diversity, growth, and opportunity for Black undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.
She serves on The Broadway League's Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Government Relations Committee, the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors, Labor Committee and co-chairs the Legislative Council and Road Presenters/Intra-Industry Committee and is Arizona's only Tony voter. Colleen is a founding and current member of the Creative Capital Board and Senior Advisor to Women of Color in the Arts, former Association of Performing Arts Professionals board president, served on the National Council on the Arts at the bequest of President Clinton, and is a Life Director of the Fiesta Bowl. She is a consultant to universities, international governments and a featured speaker at conferences. In 2020, she has served on multiple panels addressing human rights, justice, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the future of Broadway; including interviews with W. Kamau Bell and Tony Awardâ director Kenny Leon related to the pandemic of racism; and participated in the TheaterMakers Summit on getting Broadway touring productions back on the road.
Colleen is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2020 National Coalition of 100 Black Women Education Legend, 2019 Valley Leadership Woman of the Year, 2019 ASU West Pioneer Award, National Society of Arts and Letters Medallion of Merit, Valle del Sol’s Mom of the Year, APAP Fan Taylor Award, Black Philanthropy Initiative Honor, The Broadway League's Outstanding Achievement in Presenter Management and Arizona's Governor’s Arts Award. In 2012, The Arizona Republic recognized Colleen for Arizona’s 100th Anniversary as one of the individuals who had the greatest impact in the era.
Former dancer and choreographer, Colleen is married to Dr. Kurt Roggensack, volcanologist at Arizona State University, and the proud mother of Kelsey, an All-American swimmer, a graduate of Williams College, two-time Fulbright Scholar, who earned a master’s degree from Harvard University and currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Cornell University.
Kim Lopez began her career in the field of education nearly twenty years ago. She has a Master’s degree in education and was an elementary teacher, ESL specialist, and Reading Specialist. Kim has also worked for a non-profit reading foundation doing professional development and teacher training. She currently works for Hiring Our Heroes as a Regional Program Coordinator for the Military Spouse Professional Network.
As an Air Force military spouse of 20 years, Kim helped launch the Military-Spouse Network for Teaching Professionals which supports military spouse educators and has worked diligently to change legislation regarding licensure portability across the United States. Kim is passionate about supporting military spouses as they find mobile careers and meaningful work. She continues to champion efforts to streamline difficult out-of-state licensure processes for military spouses across the country.
