Disciplined creative high performer with regard to aligning marketing and branding initiatives with the overall organic growth strategy as proven with the development of the USI Engagement Platform leveraging relevant content on demand and strategic sales and interaction strategies to support the engagement of both sales professionals and prospects.

Responsible for driving prospect identification, research and assignment, strategic interaction activity, pipeline growth and gross sales nationally working with over 140 practice leaders, regional CEO’s and over 2500 professional sales consultants. Launched a National Digital Marketing Strategy delivering professional quality content to a vast audience surpassing industry benchmarks. Developed and launched a national data integrity team responsible for prospect research and data management to enable efficient targeted prospecting for national sales force.

Launched USI Fast Start, now USI ONE Academy, a highly effective and recognized internal sales training program for all USI sales consultants and leaders. Designed and implemented a national sales platform utilizing relevant content on demand resulting in improved sales activity and universal support from sales consultants and leaders across the enterprise. Key contributor to the effectively branded USI One Advantage created to drive the key message of how USI is both different and better than the competition.

Leads the team responsible for the USI Marketing and Branding strategy and the development and execution of the annual USI PEAK incentive program that recognizes top performers.

Usleman brings a creative touch to her leadership role at USI, where she is responsible for identifying prospects and overseeing research, strategy, pipeline, and gross sales while working with a team of over 120 practice leaders and 2,000 sales professionals. When COVID-19 hit, Usleman and the USI team pushed hard to keep to a normal routine. “Where others were reducing sales team and staff, we pivoted to investment in innovation, investment in people, and investment in our communities,” Usleman said. “As sales professionals, we had to quickly push outside our comfort zones, learn new technology, keep our mental and physical health in check, and do our best to balance business and personal in a new and challenging environment.” Usleman is skilled at educating and supporting sales professionals. She developed USI’s Fast Start training program, which allows both new and veteran salespeople to hone their skills. 914INC.
