  Nelson is a serial entrepreneur, the Founding CEO and Director of EP Venture Limited, a business strategy consultancy, and Appetizup Company Limited, an ESG consultancy. He provides advisory services to transform start-ups, public organizations, and private firms into efficient and sustainable businesses, with a focus on green energy, electronic commerce, and technology to improve business models. Nelson is also the Founding President of Unleash Foundation, an NGO that emphasizes social empowerment through education, and the Founding President of the China Hong Kong Culture Exchange Association, an NGO that promotes inclusion through cross-cultural exchange.
  
  China Hong Kong Cultural Exchange Association is committed to providing a platform for cultural exchange between Hong Kong and international through organizing a wide variety of programs. The Association also contributes to discovering talents and nurturing incubation projects in the Greater Bay Area. It also established a collaborative and cooperative platform for professionals from different fields to improve communication and get inspired from each other, then lead to a stage of co-creation for producing positive social capitals. Promoting shared and co-created values and collaborated messages to future leaders helps to shorten the gap among people from different cultural backgrounds and build an integrated society.
  
  Nelson has also served in trade industries and IT committees of various government and non-government bodies, focusing on consultancy services for technological and sustainable business practices and other government statutory bodies as members of the board of directors.
  
  Nelson was also a Torch Bearer in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and a recipient of the HKSAR Government’s Medal of Honor in sports promotion for disabled athletes. Nelson’s story is about resilience, not disability. Nelson graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Analysis in Business from the City University of Hong Kong from there he was conferred an Honorary Fellow. He serves as an honorary lecturer in various local Universities and was awarded Lion Rock Entrepreneur Award as well as was conferred an Honorary Fellow from Lingnan University in October 2021.

  Consul General at the State of Israel in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR

  CG Lati has been a career diplomat for the past 22 years and is not new to China and Asia.
  
  Right before arriving in Hong Kong, he was Director of North East Asia department at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Asia and Pacific division (2019-2021).
  
  He was also Consul General of Israel in Chengdu (2014-2018) and Deputy Consul General of Israel in Shanghai (2006-2010).
  
  He has received an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, MA in Democratic Studies from Open University of Israel and BA in Economics and Chinese Studies from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
  
  He speaks Hebrew and English, with basic Korean. He has attended Beijing University and is proficient in Chinese.

  Ir. Eric Chan is the Chief Public Mission Officer of the Hong Kong Cyberport. Chan is in charge of the public mission operation at Cyberport, building the ecosystem of nurturing start-ups from inspiring the next generation, through nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, to empowering global ambition, through comprehensive entrepreneurship programmes with funding and other value-added services.
  
  Chan has over 30 years of experience in the ICT industry, a chartered engineer, a chartered marketer, and a Fellow of Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK). Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan held various senior positions in global ICT companies including Hutchison, PCCW, Cable & Wireless HKT etc.. Chan has been active in public services, especially in education and industrial training, professional bodies, and charitable organisations. Chan is the Chairman of Knowledge Management Development Center, Chairman of Industrial Training Advisory Committee (ICT Sector) and serves on a number of advisory committees under Education Bureau and Home Affairs Bureau. He also serves on advisory boards and mentorship programs at the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Education University of Hong Kong.
