Overall Guidelines:

  • Participants must be employees of the company they are representing.
  • All players are required to submit copy of valid company ID and Certificate of Employment- (individual or group COR signed by the participating company)
  • Please send your registered players to  events@pfip.com.ph
  • All players, dancers and representatives must be fit to play and perform.
  • Players, dancers, and representatives will be asked to sign a waiver that releases PFIP from any medical and accidents claim while participating in any of the PFIP 4th Annual Sportsfest activities. PFIP and KOTC ensures to have expert medical personnel and first aider all throughout the duration of the sportsfest.
  • Last day of submission of participants for all games and activities will be on May 12, 2023.
  • Strictly no replacement of participants once the sportsfest commences. Last day of replacement of participants will be on or before May 17, 2023.
  • Any contention shall be raised to the designated game official on the day of the games.
  • The decision of game officials and judges is final.

Face of PFIP Sportsfest

Number of Players per Team

  • 1 representative of any diverse SOGIE
  • Representatives will do catwalk, introduction of company, and personal statement related to this year's theme "Bring it on!"

Criteria for judging is as follows:

1. Overall Personality (poise & confidence) - 20%

2. Message (clarity and substance of idea) - 30%

3. Stage Projection (catwalk) - 20%

4. Attire - 20%5

5. Audience Impact – 10%

Mixed Volleyball

Number of Players per Team

  • 12 players (1 team with minimum 6 players, max 6 alternates)
  • Combination of any person of diverse SOGIE
  • We encourage all teams to create a team with a diverse set of people of various SOGIE.

Date and Venue:

  • May 21 @ Ynares Sports Arena Pasig - 6 games via draw lots
  • May 27 @ AYSN Sports Center P. Tuazon QC - continuation of eliminations
  • June 3 @ AYSN Sports Center P. Tuazon QC - continuation of eliminations and playoffs
  • Each game will be race to 30 points. There will be at least 3 games for each team, depending on the number of companies who will join. Final format to be determined.
  • All uniforms must have a number on the back. The uniform of libero should be distinct from the rest of the players.
  • Draw lots, format and bracketing will be administered on the opening day.
  • General FIVB Rules will be followed but tweaked accordingly to fit our shortened games. Full mechanics will be disseminated once the number of teams are finalized.

Badminton Mixed Doubles

Number of Players per Team

  • 4 players (1 team with minimum 2 players, max 2 alternates)
  • 2 male identifying and 2 female identifying
  •  (1 male + 1 female will play; the other set is for sub purposes)

Date and Venue:

May 28 @ The Upper Deck Pasig, 12pm - 6pm

  • Each game will race to 21 points. There will be at least 3 games for each team, depending on the number of companies who will join. Final format to be determined.
  • Badminton players should wear a team uniform.
  • General badminton rules will be followed. Full mechanics will be cascaded once the number of teams are finalized. 

Table Tennis Singles

Number of Players per Team

  • 4 players ( minimum 2 players, max 2 alternates)
  • Any person of diverse SOGIE

Date and Venue:

May 28 @ The Upper Deck Pasig, 12pm - 6pm

  • A single elimination tournament with each match to be contested in a best-of-3 structure. Each game will be race to 11 points. Final matches to be determined.
  • Table tennis players should wear a team uniform.
  • General table tennis rules will be followed. Full mechanics will be cascaded once the number of teams are finalized. 

Dodgeball

Number of Players per Team

  • 6 players
  • Any person of diverse SOGIE

Ynares Sports Arena Pasig

  • A single elimination tournament. Team who eliminates all players from the opposing team wins the game or the team with the most number of players alive after a 10-minute time period wins, whichever is applicable. Final matches to be determined.
  • Dodgeball players should wear a team uniform.
  • General dodgeball rules will be followed. Full mechanics will be cascaded once the number of teams are finalized.

Street Dance

Theme: "Superbowl."

  • Maximum routine length is 3.5 minutes, including entrance and exit. Timer will start at the first sound of the canned music and/or instrument. Timer will stop at the last sound of the canned music and/or instrument.
  • Every minute going over will merit the team a 1 point deduction from the total score garnered.
  • Props are allowed to help build the team's theme but cannot be any of the following:
  • Fireworks
  • Equipment with balls & bearings / wheels
  • Sharp and Pointed
  • Any type of Liquid
  • Confetti
  • All teams will be responsible for cleaning the competition area after their own performance.
  • Practice safety and restraint throughout the routine.

  • Any person of diverse SOGIE

2. Deportment - (mastery, timing, coordination & discipline) - 30%

3. Performance - (grace, skills, facial expression, body language) - 20%

4. Entertainment Value - (costumes, props, audience impact) - 10%
