Calling all food & non-food LGBT+ owned business to join the Rainbow Bazaar on the opening day of the PFIP Sportsfest 2023: Bring It On! 

Details:

Php 3,000 Joining Fee

Inclusions: 1 Tent (2x2 meters), Table (2x4 feet), & 2 Monoblock Chairs

Ingress: 6:00 AM

Egress: 5:30 PM

Inclusions:

1. Company name/logo in full color in the Rainbow Bazaar poster

2. Access to Rainbow Family Bazaar during Opening Day of PFIP Sportsfest (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

3. Booth space for selling products (food and non-food) excluding water, softdrinks, energy drinks, and bottled iced tea

4. 1 table and 2 chairs

5. Option to display banners at the designated booth area

Rules and Guidelines:

- No Bottled Iced Tea, Bottled Water, and Softdrinks

- Vendor must bring their own extension cords, we will provide cords toward the booth area but extra for your different appliances must be provided by the vendor

- Appliances to be brought and their wattage must be declared beforehand

- Vendor is responsible for their own ingress and egress and must leave the vicinity clean

- Vendor should bring own disposal bin

- Vendor must display sanitizers or alcohol for their customers

- Vendor should be LGBT+ or LGBT+ allies 

- Stocks should last the entire day, it is discourage for the booth to be half-day
