Nancy started her education career as a high school teacher and FBLA adviser at Turlock High School for 14 years. One of her best achievements is being chosen as California FBLA adviser of the year during her last year at the high school. An opportunity to teach Office Administration at Modesto Junior College became available, and she has been teaching there for the past 23 years. Nancy has been teaching online courses for 20 years and enjoys learning new tips and methods to engage students. She has been a member of CBEA for 31 years and is currently in her fourth year as president of CBEA.

Ken Burrow is in his 12th year of teaching at Waverly-Shell Rock High School. He has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa, a Bachelor of Science in General Business Education and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University. Ken is in his seventh year as a High School of Business instructor and has taught all eight courses. He is also the DECA advisor. Before teaching, Ken spent 20 years in the business world. His wife Beth teaches Social Studies and TAG, also at Waverly-Shell Rock. They have two adult children, a 3-year old grandson and a 1 year old granddaughter!

Tammy Cyrus is the Director of Professional Development for MBA Research. She has been a part of the MBA Professional Development Team since 2014 and has presented at numerous state and national conferences. She was a previous Business Administration teacher in North Carolina. She has received her Master of Arts in Business Education, and holds certifications for National Board of Professional Teaching Standards, School Administration, as well as industry recognized certifications in Adobe and Microsoft Office. Her professional experiences have included teaching at the post-secondary level, working on curriculum development teams, serving in numerous leadership roles, and serving as an adviser for FBLA. She is currently responsible for the PD Team, Teacher Advisory Network, Conclave, Leadership Forum, and providing professional development for teachers, districts, and state departments across the country.

Grant Ermis is an experienced education professional with a demonstrated history of working in the secondary and postsecondary education fields. He is skilled in research, teacher preparation and mentoring, career technical student organizations, professional development, public and private funding programs, and strategic planning. Grant serves as the Northern California Program Coordinator for CTE TEACH and co-coordinates the statewide training program, developing CTE mentors for new CTE teachers in Northern California.

Michelle Estes is the Director of Professional Learning at Paradigm Education Solutions where she strives to build and uplift a community of educators alongside the marketing, editorial, and sales teams. Michelle also teaches Business Information Technology classes at the University of Cincinnati Online using Paradigm's content. She also has the designation of a Certified Administrative Professional with 25+ years of teaching experience with a doctorate specialization in Educational Technology. Her career has always been centered around her love for teaching and helping others find their strengths to succeed in their life and career.

Dave Gee is the CEO and Co-Founder at Hello Digital Ed. Hello Digital Ed is an EdTech firm that provides digital marketing, social media marketing and cryptocurrency curriculum and programs for business teachers. Dr. Helen G. Hammond is Senior Program Manager and Assistant Professor in the Center for Innovation in Research and Teaching at Grand Canyon University. In addition to mentoring faculty and staff in SOTL research initiatives, she teaches undergraduate and graduate business courses including management, organizational behavior, servant leadership, marketing, and leadership in organizations. Dr. Hammond holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her research interests include servant leadership, management, teaching and learning, and online teaching best practices.

Karen Hern, CPA, MBA - has been teaching at Grossmont College since 2004. She was an adjunct and moved to full time recently.

Dr. Christine Janssen is the Founder and CEO of Edstutia, a 21st century learning platform positioned at the intersection of business and technology. Prior to Edstutia, Dr. Janssen was a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of Entrepreneurship for twelve years in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. A self-proclaimed visionary and builder, she stayed true to her passions by regularly building new assets, such as the Fordham Foundry, Fordham’s small business incubator, and new opportunities for her students, such as experimenting with virtual reality in her classes. Dr. Janssen’s commitment to hands-on entrepreneurship instruction, based on a constantly changing curriculum designed to sync with the forward-thinking skills business demands earned her various awards, press acknowledgements, and recognition for her top-ranked programs.

Dr. Janssen’s professional background spans several industries, including consumer products, financial services, and technology. She holds a BS in Marketing from the University of South Florida, a Global MBA in Communications & Information Systems (CIS) and Finance with a specialization in e-Business from Fordham University, and a PhD from New York University, where her dissertation focused on how entrepreneurs learn. Her research interest lies squarely in the future of higher education.

Teri created several internationally recognized entrepreneurship programs, worked as lead teacher and curriculum developer for LA Office of Ed, textbook publishers and educational non-profits. Her honors include, "LA's Most Inspirational Teacher" and the national "Leavey Award for Excellence in Free Enterprise Education." She led students to several national entrepreneurial competitions, and three Global Championships. She is now Regional director of VE in the Western US.

Lynn Keane, Ph.D. is adjunct faculty at Grossmont College and Palomar College in San Diego county, teaching business office technology, computer science, and business courses. Prior to moving to San Diego, Lynn directed business education programs at the University of South Carolina and Lehman College, in the Bronx, NY. She has taught a variety of business, computer applications, and education courses at colleges in California, South Carolina, and New York.

Paul Marroquin is a Business Development Representative here at Stukent. He recently earned the title of Team Lead and works within the sales team to build quality relationships with our customers and show them how our courseware can help educators help students help the world.

Dr. Allison Mason is an Associate Dean in the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University. She has worked in a variety of positions in higher education, and has been at Grand Canyon University since 2008. Dr. Mason earned a Doctor of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management as well as an Master of Business Administration and Master of Education with an emphasis in Human Relations. Her research efforts have focused on social media marketing in higher Education.

Christopher McClung is an arts, media, and entertainment CTE teacher in Southern California. He is skilled in graphic arts, audience engagement, and innovative professional development. Christopher currently serves as the peer coach leader for the Colton-Redlands-Yucaipa ROP, mentoring all first and second-year teachers in the district. He also serves as the Southern California Program Coordinator for CTE TEACH, a statewide training program that develops CTE mentors for new CTE teachers in Southern California.

Paul is the Founder and President of the Merriman Financial Education Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to provide the tools and information, for investors of all ages, to make the most of their retirement investments. He writes a regular column at Marketwatch.com and produces a weekly podcast that has been winning awards.

Shannon Moore is a Teacher on Special Assignment supporting new teachers in Visalia, California. She has been teaching for 11 years and loves all things #EdTech. She received her Masters of Education - Specialization in Best Practices and Single Subject teaching credential from National University and her Bachelors in Communication from California State University, Fresno. She is a Google for Education Certified Educator Level 1 and 2, as well as a Google for Education Certified Trainer. Additionally, she is an Adobe Education Leader. In her free time, she loves reading, hanging out with her husband and cats, and watching TV.

Dr. Moronke Idiagbon-Oke is the Chair of Management and an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Management at the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University. Her professional experience includes working in various banking positions in Africa, and as an associate HR consultant in the UK. Her areas of research are inter-organizational dynamics and inter-firm networking. She had over 20 years of teaching experience, and has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and Doctoral level. Dr. Oke has presented at various management conferences in both the U.S. and across Europe, and she has published articles in peer-reviewed academic journals In addition, Dr. Oke has authored a practitioner papers and consulted for universities, and presented to government agencies in both the UK and USA.

Danny is the founder of Rubin, a leading provider of online curriculum for business communication skills (ex: email etiquette). Danny honed his writing/speaking techniques as a TV news reporter for CBS. He also worked as a consultant to NBC's "Meet the Press."

Sarab has been in education since the late 90's coming from building curriculum for vocational schools all over the country. For the last 8 years Sarab has worked in educational publishing focusing on Computing fundamentals and Accounting-working with educators tp build their course to support student comprehension and success.

Amy is entering her 24th year in education. She started her career in a high school classroom and, after eight years, earned her PPS and transitioned to a school counseling role. She now the CTE Online Coordinator with Butte County Office of Education.

Sosha Thomas - MBA - Teaching in Grossmont since 2003. Currently a Full Time Faculty for Business Office Technology.

Keith Turner has served in multiple roles within the high school, community college, and university educational systems in addition to serving as the current San Diego/Imperial Valley Rep for CBEA. He is currently a doctoral student at San Diego State University studying Educational Leadership and enjoys his new role as an interim Administrator at Grossmont College.

Laurie Urich retired from the Colorado Community College System in 2016 and joined MBA Research. Currently she is the High School of Business Interim Program Director working with the development and support for the HSB programs. A former high school business administration teacher, she also served as program leader for the Colorado secondary and postsecondary programs. She was instrumental in the development of the Colorado MBA Research High School of Business™ sites. She’s served as a MBA Board of Trustee, National FBLA-PBL Board Chair, and President National Association of Supervisors of Business Education. Honors include: Colorado DECA lifetime member recognition, National FBLA Adviser Wall of Fame, and NBEA Distinguished Service Award

Ryan Zervakos is a Southern California native and attended the University of Southern California with a Navy scholarship as part of the NROTC program. After graduating with a Business degree, he was commissioned in the US Navy's flight program. Ryan settled back in Southern California in 2009 working in the e-learning industry. LinkedIn came along 5 ½ years ago and fit perfectly with his passion for learning and giving him the ability to live out the LinkedIn ethos; dream big, have fun and get stuff done! Now working specifically with Colleges and Universities it is his mission to make sure every student knows how and why to use LinkedIn to create their own personal professional brand.
