He has previously served as legal counsel/lawyer in various capacities: the counsel of Visayas Community Law Center (VCLC) and communications, advocacy, and officer of the Children’s Legal Bureau (CLB).

He leads the organization in promoting an industry that is safe and inclusive to LGBT+ professionals by developing best practices in areas of institutional policies and benefits programs, learning & development program to high potential LGBT+, and corporate social responsibility initiative to support the wider LGBT community.

Jai is also a seasoned trainer and facilitator of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, SOGIE 101 & Business of Inclusion, and the HIV/AIDS Awareness module.

Prior to this, he was the Director of Knowledge Management Strategy at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Aris Ambal is a Vice President - Business Resiliency Manager for the Consumer & Community Banking line of business (LOB) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He provides strategic guidance to multiple business units on matters of business resiliency, operational resiliency and crisis management. In addition, he is the Crisis Management Lead for the Consumer & Community Banking line of business in the Corporate Centers, Philippines.

He has been with JPMorgan Chase for almost 14 years and has worked in various roles within the Retail Operations of the bank. Prior to joining Business Resiliency, he was an Operations Manager for the Retail Customer Service team in Cebu, Philippines.

He is a passionate advocate for LGBT+ workplace inclusion and has been actively involved with JPMorgan Chase’s PRIDE Business Resource Group since the launch of their Cebu chapter in 2012, serving as its Co-Chair until 2015. In that same year, he became the Co-Chair for PRIDE Philippines when the Cebu and Manila chapters were merged to form their country chapter. He has played an instrumental role in key accomplishments of PRIDE Philippines such as the implementation of shared use of toilet facilities for transgender employees, and the inclusion of comprehensive gender-affirming support for transgender employees as a covered benefit under the company’s medical insurance plan. Currently, he is the Regional Co-Chair for JPMorgan Chase’s PRIDE Business Resource Group in Asia Pacific. Rain is the immediate past Executive Director of the Society of Trans Women of the Philippines or STRAP. She has over 15 years of experience as a Recruitment Professional.

She is currently the Senior Director for Talent Acquisition of Qualfon, Philippines.

Rain has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines. As a former beauty pageant titleholder, she advocates for transgender awareness and actively pushes for recognition and respect for all transgender women (transpinays) in the Philippines.
