Tim O’Neal has spent over 18 years focused on the vision of ending poverty through the power of work at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Tim believes wholeheartedly in carrying out this mission to better the lives of everyone in our state. He knows the best way to bring a positive impact to Arizona is to work together, collaborate, and cultivate partnerships with community members, organizations, and leaders. O’Neal values the time and effort of his employees above all else. Tim is proud of his employees and proud of the positive impact GCNA leaves on the local community and work culture that regularly earns top marks on “Best Places to Work” rankings. O’Neal holds a Certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from the Harvard Business School Executive Education program. O’Neal graduated in June 2010 from Goodwill Industries International’s Executive Leadership Development program.

Jackie is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, Vice President of Retail, Assistant Vice President of Retail, Retail District Manager, and Retail Training Director. Halleen is a visionary leader whose innovation and expertise helped establish Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona as a top retailer in the state. She has 19 years of experience as a buyer in the fashion industry and oversees Retail, Marketing, Asset Protection, and Workforce Development Divisions for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Prior to joining Goodwill, she worked with a major thrift company for nine years, developed a small thrift company in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and owned a wholesale clothing business.

Cameron Colvin having played for the De La Salle Spartans, Oregon Ducks, and San Francisco 49ers. His story was recently portrayed by Ser'Darius William Blain in the 2014 Sony film When the Game Stands Tall, about his life through high school with the De La Salle Spartans.

Now Chairman of a multimillion dollar International real estate development and investment firm CamCo Commercial Inc, Creative Solutions company “Rise Above Enterprises Development " that has taken on projects for American Idol creator Simon Fuller as well as Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee. Cameron is currently an active investor on hit show Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch by Sprint which did 25m total views.

Now author of Never Stop " 12 Principles of Success book series. Cameron has been featured in numerous global media outlets from Forbes, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, New York Post and more.

With his passion in leadership, business, and philanthropy, Cameron started his involvement in Linking Sports and Communities, a 15 year nonprofit that supports underprivileged youth. His commitment to growing businesses and helping communities has set Cameron on a path to influence many around the world.

Gwen Ahlbrecht (GCNA)

Gwen designs, develops, and delivers leadership and organizational development programs, in addition to overseeing a few of GCNAs development programs. Originally from Minnesota, Gwen is an Air Force veteran having served in Desert Storm, holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and recently earned her PHR. Gwen started as a Recruiting Operations Specialist when she first joined GCNA in March of 2015. Soon after, she moved into the training department as a Training Supervisor and is now a Senior Consultant. Like many others, Gwen found herself drawn in by our mission, and the positive effect it has in the community.

Jared Allen (GCNA)

Jared Allen manages the Learning and Development team by prioritizing projects, gathering needs from the organization, and helping his team members develop in their roles. A native of Arizona, Jared gained experience in Learning and Development through various professions and industries before joining GCNA, including health insurance, retail, sales, and warehouse. In these experiences, Jared had the opportunity to learn about challenges that employees face in all levels of an organization, which supported his development in the role he has today. He first started as a GCNA Training Program Developer in May of 2013, excited to learn and grow within the organization.

Larry Cruse (Director of Asset Protection and Safety at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona)

Larry serves as the of Director of Safety & Asset Protection. Larry joined GCNA in 2011, bringing years of experience in multiple areas including loss prevention, law enforcement, safety, and education, as well as serving in the Asset Protection Department of the Indianapolis Goodwill for two years before joining GCNA. During his time with Goodwill, Larry has developed a best-in-class safety program, developed a process for updating policies and procedures, curtailed theft, and ensured compliance with various regulations. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education/English Literature.

Lauren Hager (Director of Organizational Enrichment)

Lauren manages the Team Enrichment department by developing a sustainable and strategic implementation process while developing and delivering support and items to the GoodStart, GoodStuff, and GoodSteps categories of Enrichment. A Phoenix native, Lauren loves the desert and went to school at the University of Arizona for her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration. Lauren has been with GCNA for two and half year with the first two years of her time spent in Mission Services and looks forward to building an initiative that turns GCNA’s Mission inward to serve our own team members.

Georgia Harris (GCNA)

Georgia designs, develops, and implements the training strategy for GCNA’s mission services team members and job seekers. Although she was born in Canada, Georgia began her professional career in Detroit. With a Masters in Adult Education Training, and an extensive background in social services, Georgia has applied her knowledge around instructional design and adult learning styles into every part of her career. Her desire to find an opportunity that put all her passions into one career was fulfilled when she joined GCNA in September of 2018.

Libby Johnson (GCNA)

Libby partners with GCNA team members to design, develop and deliver the organization’s learning solutions. She has called Phoenix home since the age of 5 and she received her degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University. Later interest in adult learning led her to pursue additional education in training and development. She brings over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training, and over 15 years of apparel/jewelry industry knowledge to Goodwill. Joining the team in February 2019, Libby was drawn to Goodwill because of its willingness to not only vision big, but execute big for our community.

Tiffanie Lord (GCNA)

Tiffanie partners with experts in the business to design and deliver retail training tools, resources, and programs that support management and frontline team members. Native to Los Angeles, Tiffanie began working in retail over 15 years ago and has held many leadership positions throughout her career. As a 2019 graduate, with a B.S. in Graphic Information Technology, Tiffanie is broadening her horizons in the realm of Graphic Design, and has a tremendous passion for the arts. Tiffanie was initially drawn to GCNA because of the philanthropic work Goodwill does to support its job seekers in the community.

Trisha Martin (GCNA)

Trisha leads the L&D team’s efforts to manage, market, and measure the effectiveness of all learning offerings, in addition to collaborating with internal and external partners in support of Goodwill’s overall learning strategy. Born and raised in Arizona, Trisha received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University – and her master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. With her passion and education around organizational development and personnel psychology, she offers Goodwill valuable knowledge for both individual and organizational use. Trisha joined the L&D team in March of 2018 out of a desire to build a career within an organization that lives out their mission.

Brian Patterson (GCNA)

Brian helps our leaders reach their full potential through the design and delivery of our leadership learning experiences. He brings the L&D team an extensive background in educational leadership. Brian has experience teaching, coaching, and directing alternative schools for at-risk high school students. As a National Leadership and Student Engagement Director, he has continued his quest for leadership excellence, attaining two Master degrees: one in Education and the other in Psychology. Before coming to Goodwill in April of 2019, Brian worked for the State of Arizona, where his expertise was a key to creating a Leadership Development Program.

Lane leads GCNA’s talented Learning and Development team as they create and deliver world-class professional and leadership learning experiences in support of GCNA’s vision, mission, and strategic initiatives. Originally from Pennsylvania, Lane has been a part of the Goodwill movement for over twenty years. He served as the Sr. Director of Leadership and Development for Goodwill Industries International, Inc. in the Washington DC area before joining GCNA in 2017. Lane holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning, a master’s in Human Resources Development, and a bachelor’s degree in History. Lane has always had a passion for helping others grow and develop.

John Silva (GCNA)

John is part of a team that manages all leadership development programs for GCNA. With his roots in Philadelphia, John brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience, starting with his career in the military. After his career in the military, he found a passion for sharing his leadership lessons with others. To support this, he pursued his Masters in Leadership from Northern Arizona University. John’s desire to put ideas into action led him to Goodwill and he joined the L&D team in February of 2018.
