MAC Conference Policies

CEU's

1.  One individual CEU form allowed for each full priced exhibitor table purchased

Registration

1.  No refunds will be issued after 8am on the first day of the conference

Speakers

       1. Base Rates:

$200 per hour

$300 per 1.5 hours

$500 per 2 hours

Plus travel and one night hotel accommodation

       2. Grand Rounds Presenters will receive an honorarium only

       3. If a speaker requests an exhibitor table instead of an honorarium,

          the following applies: The speaker has the choice of either

          receiving an honorarium plus travel expenses OR a no charge

          exhibitor table without travel expenses.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

         · Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email or mail      ten days prior to the start of the conference in order to secure a full refund. 

         · Cancellation requests received at nine days, or less, prior to the  start of the conference are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

         · Cancellation requests after the start of the conference are subject      to no refund.
